Handmade Leather Arm Guard Bow Hand Shooting Arm Guard

Fantastic, stops the string from bruising my arm, and I feel like a wood elf.

Easy to put on though a bit tight. Easy to cinch up and protects my arm wonderfully. I love it.

It is a nice slab of lether with strong metal I-lets, and ok quality rope to tighten it with. I have not given this product 5 stars because there wasnt a different size option. I have beefy arms and this fits with the flap folded in, but is tight when the flap is out

Worked as a wrist brace. Now I'll just use it for archery and other things when my wrist is acting up.

It's made from thick, soft leather - very nice. The lacing feels durable. I'm 5'11", 200# (that's pounds, if you're young), which I'd say is a medium-sized guy, and with some time spent messing with it I was able to get it on my arm. If I were any bigger a guy, I don't think it would go on.But the way it's cut seems backwards; I'm right-handed, so I wear the guard on my left arm. The back end of the guard has a bulge (longer) and a dip (shorter), and I want the dip to align with the inside of my elbow so I can bend my arm during the time that I'm not shooting. But when it's aligned such, the lacing runs along the bottom of my forearm and is quite inconvenient to adjust. And the brand-stamp is right there, looking right at me, upside down. It would all be perfect if it were on my right arm. Where it was clearly tailored to go.I'm going to keep it because the other one I bought is NOT the "real leather" it claimed to be, and see if it works or not when I set it with the bulge toward my inner-elbow. Maybe I'll have to remove my watch to shoot. Not the end of the world. And again, the leather is really nice and soft and thick.
