- I use this ORGANIC, PURE INGREDIENT, HYDRATOR liberally - ANY time of day or night (I spritz at arm's length, plus note, this hydrator is sensitive enough for delicate eye area!) . Sometimes I spritz my whole face, neck & decollete' again before bed, after my moisturizer has absorbed, OR in the middle of the night - then I reach for my serum/moisturizer, pat some on, & fall (back) to sleep. I live in a very DRY CLIMATE - Colorado Springs. I also do this process during the day if I feel the need for added hydration-even over mineral makeup. Don't get me wrong, this Miracles Happen hydrator works FANTASTIC morn & eve only. I just tend to over-protect my skin as I am a 47 yr. old, natural red/blonde-haired, fair skinned female, & I want to keep wrinkles & eye puffiness at bay!
