It's a great candle mold. I use soy wax so it was a little harder to get it out but def follow the instructions by putting it in the freezer for 15 minutes before you use it. Also someone said use coconut oil to make it come out easier which definitely helped. I also had to use a blow dryer to help loosen it a bit and then put it back in the freezer and it came right out perfectly no problem. I would recommend it, but def use some of these tips if you're using soy.

Very hard to get the wick through the hole in the mold, after I finally did, the wax poured right through it. This mold is not usable and I am hoping I can return it.

I made my first candle. Did not come out perfect but not bad. 2nd one was better and 3rd was perfect. I am I will be making more for years to come. I probably should have bought a complete beginners kit but over all very satisfied and will be buying more supplies from this company

I make soy candles and the first time I tried to demold it was not easy. I ended up popping it the fridge for half an hour and slapping it against a soft mat several times to loosen from the sides. After that, a little pull on the wick did the trick. That being said, it is a sturdy mold and results in a beautiful candle!

Didn’t even get to use this product. The wick would not go through the hole and I couldn’t figure out why until looking through and found a plastic piece on the inside of the mold (this is leftover from where they drilled the hole I presume). Could not get the piece out. Tried to stick a pen down there to break it off and it’s pretty stuck on. If I did somehow get the wick into this the plastic would make the candle mold unusable unless you wanted a weird looking candle.

It is a favorite for my customers and myself as well! Well Made, Sturdy, Does not tip! No need for any additional candle release oil. slips right out in perfect shape. minimal leakage i just use wick stickers to prevent wax from dripping.

So I'm a first time candle maker, I re-used old wax I had from other candles. I saw that people were having trouble getting candles out in the reviews so I read through the listing more. If you follow the instruction of freezing the mold for 15ish minutes before pouring the wax the candle should slide right out when hardened.I really like this mold, my only two issues are that the wick if hard to insert and I had to cut out plastic shavings from the inside of the mold when I first got it; and that the bottom is uneven. Outside that I think it's a gorgeous mold and is easy to use.
