Weak battery
I bought this scooter to help me with my calls in personal care to get to my calls on time, but this wasn’t what I expected, I tuck it out for a test drive and within 2 minutes of going up a hill from my house I had low battery even though the battery was fully charged!.I would like a refund please as £284 is a lot of money to waste.Thank you.

Not foldable once unfolded and flattened tyres
I bought scooter and delivered on 19th September. It's not foldable back to original size and fold handles. There is some quacking sound if it was used more. The max speed is only 26km. The tyres as well they are flattened after one week. They need replacement and will be difficult on slippery roads. Finally I don't recommend and not worth of price.

Not the item I ordered
I never ordered an electric scooter but looks like they have tried to be sneaky and change the item after I ordered it.I ordered a cheap wireless charging mat that works just fine.
