I “wing it” and use it to try and dig on my hand muscles and feet.I’m not sure if there’s a proper way to use it for what I need but it feels awkward to try and really apply the pressure I need.Hope you have better luck! ;)

Originally I had an issue with the product, but the seller responded immediately and fixed the problem with a generous resolution. I trust this seller to back the products they sell, and to handle any problem that may come up. Overall this was a very good experience for me in the end. The product works quite well too.

This is very good quality. After I broke my wrist, my OT used one on me and the swelling and sensitivity were significantly reduced. The ball can be used to massage the face, but neither the papers that came with it nor YouTube videos clarify this use. Maybe someone will make a video using this type of Gua Sha as opposed to the jade ones, which must be a lot more expensive.

I love this tool. It is very easy to use. I suffer from headaches and tightness throughout my face, neck and shoulders. Since getting the massage scraper and working through those areas, I have gotten more relief from this tool then I have gotten from massages, ibuprofen and other remedies that I have tried through the years. I bought two more for my children who also suffer from migraines.

Nice packaging and comes with a soft carrying case. The different curves help when going over different areas. I use this product for muscle tightness. I find it difficult to reach my back area with my non dominant and, and can’t get enough pressure on the areas that need it- however, if there is another person to help, it is nice.

Never used one before, but once I learned the correct way to use it, it has saving me so much money. I can now break up scare tissue instead of paying a specialist $75.00 a visit 3 times a week to do it for me.It is not hard to learn or use & is easy once get in the habit of using.

This product is stainless steel, easy to sanitize, and easy to use. Its shape allows for great grip and it feels AMAZING. I would definitely recommend this purchase
