The thread melted, it came open, beads fell out all over the place. Needs to be replaced but return window is closed. Would include a picture but wife threw it in the trash.

I like this heat wrap. My chiropractor told me to get one of these moist heat wraps because the electric ones dry out the muscles. Didn't know that. Anyway I am enjoying my purchase.

This product is easy to use and works on muscle soreness and tightness. I was a little concerned about the weight, but it worked out just fine. Stays in place and maintains its warmth. Love it. Would definitely recommend this product.

Have had intermittent shoulder pain, keeping this on for 20 minutes or so relieves much of the pain. Getting older sure is a challenge!

I loved the shape and design of this microwave wrap. Very good for my tight shoulder muscles👍. Also has moist heat after you heat it , which is better for healing.Have used it countless times~Glad I bought it!

I enjoyed this product until it came apart within days after the return date. Poor workmanship.

I bought this heat wrap for my mother who suffers neck and shoulder pain for years, she was so delighted with the result. Highly recommended.

Really heavy and uncomfortable.

Decent product but doesn't hold the heat long enough. The silica beads are better than a rice/husk fill and so there is no odour when heated in the microwave. However...the smallest hole, if the stitching isn't strong, will leave you with little clear beads falling out and you trying to find the hole they are coming from. I bought two and this was the case with one of them. I will reinforce the stitching on both. Keep your microwave clean as these are only "spot" washable and you will be reheating them frequently for extended use. 3 minutes in the microwave provides 20 to 30 minutes of good heat. The velcro piece will catch on sweaters and bedding so I just cut it off. The material is soft and the cozy and I recommend this product if you want a plug free therapy heat. This product would work well for freezing temperatures while you are waiting for the car to warm up and don't have the luxury of heated car seats! Hope this review is helpful. I find the reviews of others very helpful when I'm considering a purchase.

the product itself was nice and soft and sat on the sholder properly but i found that the heat was not hot enough even though i put it in more then the 1 minute suggestion add another minute. Found that i felt damp with it on.this is not one of the better ones that i have used in the past and would not recommend it to anyone who likes it really warm and not make you feel wet.
