Pros:* Tangle-free wire* Sounds great* Stays put in ear* Light weight* Excellent customer service -There are several similar products being sold on Amazon alone. I suspect they are all made in China, possibly by the same manufacturer, with slight variations/customizations. You will find cheaper ones being shipped directly from China. They will all break, eventually. If it does within warranty period, it's reassuring to be able to communicate with your vendor. In my case, they shipped a replacement within a few days, no questions asked. I've bumped up from original 4 to 5 stars based on this.Cons:* Battery life shorter than I expected (about 2h continuous play)* Ear piece bulky and uncomfortable* Not a good seal - if you bike you'll hear a lot of wind noiseUpdate (08/30/2016) - They stopped working after about 6 months. It seems the control unit (where the buttons are located) has issues. Volume won't change. But most crucially, it won't turn on/off, so everything else is moot.Contacted seller, who promptly replaced unit. Alas, the second unit also failed (exactly same problem) within 2 months.

i ordered these because I was tired of getting my earbuds tangled everywhere i went. I am an avid music listener and when i saw these i thought they would be great! unfortunately thats not the case.. these things are a little too big for earbuds they stick out too much and they can barely stay on. Every time I try to change the song or the volume I risk losing my right earbud because it just won't hang on and then i have to struggle to put it back on properly. the ear hooks are a little awkward and they really don't help much. If you want these for riding your motorcycle, forget about it! it is way too painful to have the helmet push these into your ears since they're so bulky for earbuds.the sound quality is not the best but its not bad for wireless headphone.. bass wise there isn't much to work with but again they are earbuds after all.over all I will give this product three stars,, since the convenience of wireless earbuds goes out the window if i can't wear them while riding my bike or even while walking since they eventually slide off. An actual hook that goes around to the back of my ear would work a lot better.If I have time I will return these or probably just give them away and try out other products

I broke my headphones the first week I had them. It was my fault because when I set them to charge, I set them on the floor. Long story short, I stepped on them and broke them!The Ferlen customer support had emailed me a week after I received my headphones to see if they were up to par. I told them what had happened and, unexpectedly, they told me they would ship me another pair free of charge! I was very grateful for this because, being a college student, I'm low on funds as it is.Thanks again for the replacement headphones!As for the performance, they work very well, connect easily, and charge very fast and I've used them for four hours straight without having to charge them and they probably last a lot longer.And for the excellent price, I would absolutely recommend them for yourself or as a gift for anyone who needs headphones.

I really don't have anything bad to say about these headphones. I primarily use mine in the gym and they stay put, no movement. Sound quality is excellent and they are very easy to use and pair. I love them. bought a second pair for my wife and she loves them as well. Very nice product!

Loved them while they worked. The earbuds would come off occasionally, but the big bummer was having them die on a trip without back ups. I guess they were good for the price for 18 months.

I purchased a pair of these headphones and started using them for a few weeks. Due to my own mishandling (i.e. wearing them under a snowboarding helmet, etc), one of the earbuds broke off. I contacted Ferlen and they promptly sent me a fresh pair free of charge. Have been using them for a while now, and they're working out VERY well. I really like the fact that they come with several earbud sizes. One of my ear canals is slightly larger than the other, so I'm using two different sizes. Both earbuds fit snugly and don't fall out, even during running and jumping.

Surprisingly good sound quality for such a fairly cheap price. The mic is easily accessible and did not get in the way during my daily activities. I get around 4.5 - 5 hours of use after every charge. I highly recommend this product to someone who wants to find good quality bluetooth earphones without having to pay such a steep price.

It did connect to my iphone 6 but not to my ipod. I bought it for my ipod, to run, so it has been of no real use to me. If you want to use it with your phone, no problem.
