Love this machine so much. It’s made working out at home so much easier I love that it comes with workouts cause tbh I wouldn’t know how to actually work out on this if it didn’t come with those actual work outs. Literally they showYou multiple work outs for each body part, it’s pretty awesome. things I’d suggest to buyers.1) read the instructions throughly, esp. how to set up the different lengths for different work outs.2) practice the exercise first then try it with the bands.Things I didn’t like:1) I am 6ft & have long legs, some of the hip flexor workouts were impossible to do with the bands bc they were too long so I had to wrap the band twice around my legs to actually get tension and not be slapped in the face by the bands.2) a couple of the illustrations for the workouts were terrible, maybe having a multi view so you can see form. Other brands who sell similar products do this and even have videos to show how to do certain workouts.3) the bands are pretty good it would be nice to have an option for if you could purchase more stronger bands. Then I could continuously train my body with this machine long term.If you are stuck at home I would highly suggest this machine. If you work out consistently eventually you’ll need stronger bands, until then it’s an amazing product.

I really enjoy this product. I was never one for resistance bands and usually scoffed at them. But, this quarantine really made me think twice and broaden my horizons. I immediately began testing all parts of this out and it felt wonderful. I got a full body workout in. When I couple this with my kettlebell workouts or just regular bodyweight workouts I feel wonderful. The base is super light though and pulls a bit and can be seen as "floppy". Also, the resistance level doesn't really feel like much unless more is added on. Which is honestly fine, I purchased more resistance bands and it feels good and is activating the targeted muscle group that I am working on that day. Overall I would say this is worth the money. May need to purchase more resistance bands though if you have been working out previously.Also, it's good to remember that resistance bands are no substitute for free weights. Both are tools that activate the muscles differently. You may be stuck inside for a bit and these do great for a while, but if you are expecting the same results as you would with free weights then you'll be disappointed. If you are going in to get some muscle activation, a bit of strength,and up your workouts then this is a game changer if you don't want to go to the gym yet or just need something new to add to your routine!

***edit: company was very kind in responding and quickly sending me a new bar. The new bar works perfectly! Thanks a bunch. Absolutely would recommend this product - it's good value for all the tools you get for a wide range of exercises.I would rate this higher but the bar that's required for a lot of intended exercises came without female end threads needed to assemble. The platform is pretty flimsy and feels like it will break easily if you don't distribute weight properly. I like the included booklet for exercise suggestions, and for the most part It's actually a good home workout! The accessories are all useful and good value. But I have not hear back yet from the company to get a replacement bar, so I have to rate the product pretty low.

I had this for a little over a month, and I was really enjoying it. I was working out more consistently than I have in years due to the ease of switching between exercises. The book of workout routines was great, and I was feeling like I was making great progress. Then, on a normal exercise, the red elastic snapped. It was super disappointing that something I considered a significant investment ended up being so lived. However, I reached out to their customer support team and was promptly offered a replacement for the broken bands. It was super easy, and Irving, the employee I worked with was awesome. I appreciate the level of care they offered, and while inconvenient to have to deal with a break so soon, I still rate the product high due to the outstanding service.

Great option for anyone who can’t get out to the gym! Good resistance training and has some great options for other workouts as well. Perfect for stay at home parents that don’t have room or money for expensive weights and machines.Easy to assemble and use. You may have tp take a few extra minutes in your workouts to switch put equipment and positioning so that breaks up the workout a little.Depending on what your doing the board can move and flex a little, it’s only made of lightweight plastic.It is a little over priced in my opinion, I believe they did increase the price because of all the quarantine stuff.The booklet that came with it is really nice and includes tons of workout diagrams.I have recommended to a lot of my stay at home parent friends because they can’t go to the gym regularly due to financial restrictions or lack of day care options for them. A great option for that!

I love this! This is my first resistance band system purchase so I was unsure of what to expect. After losing over 130 and becoming a total gym rat, you can imagine how my fitness goals were negatively impacted by the global pandemic. Unable to go to the gym, I came across this system while desperately seeking an alternative. I'm so glad I found it! The price was decent, the bands are sturdy, comes with a book of workouts. All parts were included and shipping was amazingly fast, even with Amazon experiencing delays due to COVID-19. I'm satisfied with my purchase. Between this, my elliptical machine and boxing bag, I'm confident I have what I need to continue working on my health.

No soy un empedernido del gimnasio y pues con lo de la pandemia aproveché para comprarme este aparato.Bastante bueno por que con el modo mas basico ayuda a ir agarrando viada.El manual si esta algo dificl de leer, pero no es un impedimento.Apenas llevo como 2 semanas y hasta el momento si lo recomiendo para alguien que se toma su salud en serio.Saludos!
