NuActiv Ab Abdominal abmat Exercise Trainer with Foldable Tailbone Protection Anti-Slip Pad

This Ab Mat works as advertised. It softens the pressure on the tailbone, and the flat part also keeps the curved part from sliding back--which is an issue I had with the original Ab Mat. The additional support provided by the curved part definitely adds to the degree of difficulty in doing sit ups and crunches--it adds about 10-15 degrees of additional stretch to the abdominal muscle, something you can't get doing sit-ups on a flat surface. I like it a lot and recommend it highly.

love this mat, stiching and pad is tight and impeccable. although, the sticky underside is not as sticky and the grilla red brand's. I bought to compare side by side and I have to say that the NuActiv is worth the extra $5 for the padding for your lower back. In my opinion, is more safe for your body, thus allowing to rock back hard in an intense ab workout.

Works great, well build and is upholding well with our workouts. Best part, no butt rash!! WOOHOO!!

No issue works well

My husband and I bought this so we would stick to our plan to start doing crunches in the house. We live in an apartment in Chicago, so easy storage was a must. This is perfect for pulling out for a few quick reps of crunches, and it folds down so slim that we can store it under the couch. I would recommend this to anyone!

This arrived quickly and in great shape. My wife loves it and now my kids have started using it.
