Good quality
My 7 year old could not pull back. Better for a little older child. Nice bow though

Missing sight and arrow rest
Terrible to realize that both the sight and arrow rests are missing. Contacted Barnett and they keep sending the wrong sight... just realized that there is supposed to be an arrow rest too, but haven't tried to get them to send the arrow rest yet. So VERY disappointing!!! 😞

It's cheap, but that's why I got it.
I could have this for under $40 or a nice bow for $180. At under $40, it was worth it so my kid's could try it out and maybe upgrade later. That said, if there's something nicer near this price point, i'd steer clear. It's not adjustable in draw strength. It's set at 25lb pull (and might even be lower than that, but can't measure it). Also no instructionson how to adjust the draw 'length', which is max 26" (short for someone with longer arms, but works). As stated too, the arrow rest, if it ever breaks. You'll never find something to replace it (hole isn't standard). And shooting off the shelf (which is rubber) is a bad idea. All in all, no regrets, kids love it, works fine.

shots 4 feet to the left
The bow shoots 4 feet to the left at 50 feet. Shipping was prompt and no damage. It would have been returned within the time period but my grandson was at camp and then came down with Covid.

Plastic in the worst places.
Maybe 6 shots and the arrow rest broke. It's made of entirely plastic, of course it will break, then the bow is useless as you can't attack a whisker biscuit to it. Get a Bear or a Genesis clone, this bow lasts about 2 seconds. I don't know why Barnett even sells this bow and puts their name on it.

Erroneous draw weight and length on this and other Barnett listings.
The info of 19-45 lbs draw weight and 21-27 inch length is just wrong. It wrongly appears on Barnett’s description of several bows.It looks like they haven’t changed the awful rest. Previously one couldn’t put on an alternate rest with standard threads because the Berber hole was too small, not the standard. Don’t know if they fixed that.Otherwise, the bow at $39 is a decent value. The draw is smooth with a terrific, considerable let-off. It would shoot well if you can solve the rest problem. Even ignoring the incorrect Berber hole, it’s difficult to get a rest close enough to the ambidextrous riser without a significant spacer.

Thwack!
My 11 year old son loves this bow. The sights are cheap. Otherwise I would have given it a 5 star. Vendor delivered promptly and packaged well. My son is looking forward to deer hunting in a year or 2 and this is a great starter bow for him to learn the basics. One other complaint. And this is my opinion. Barnett quit being so cheap!! Supply 3 arrows and not just 2. Geez.

Lazy company
Not a bad bow. But there are no instructions on installing your arrow rest or anything like that. How hard would it be to add a little instructions? Or even have a website or anything? Don't buy from this company
