I had a professional pen that broke down. I can't afford to buy a new one $2500. This has filled my needs. But the needle cartridges are not as sharp and smooth. But having an affordable device to purchase has saved my business.

2 have broke on me. They're not well made. I recommend getting the protection plan so u can get replacements

I've gotten professional microneedling done so the question was is this a waste of money? Well I figured even if it was 25% as effective as a session with an esthician it would be more than worth it so I took the plunge I have a friend who has recently been taught how to do microneedling with the real skin pen and we are glad to report that we both feel it's a perfect dupe! Honestly it's been over a week and I'm getting the same result and she said it was easy to use and felt like it worked the exact same I was afraid it wouldn't penetrate enough but we didn't even push the machine as much as we could of because we did my face (don't go too high on face some of those setting are for old scars on body). I got 10 needles and the machines for the price of a session at the place I go. Anyway highly recommend!! Stoked to see my acne scars fade away.

I have had 4 professional micro-needling sessions done by a Nurse Practitioner. I've had this for a few weeks, but did not use it until this evening, as I have been at home due to coronavirus shut down. Guess if you are gonna be stuck at home, might as well do some facial improvements, since you can't see anyone anyway, and do not have to take time off of work.SO.....it works just as well as the professional micro-needling treatments! I was prepared for the blood and numbed first because I knew it would be painful. Get yourself some hyaluronic acid to assist and give skin slip so you can move the pen. It is nice to do this at home, because you can focus on problem areas, such as acne scars.I am really impressed with this device.

I haven’t done the treatment yet, but the machine i received was well packed and the storage box is good, the best part it work both on adapter as well as batteri, two additional batteries given is a superb back up, the vibration and speeds are good, i will share review after using it on my client
