I purchased these pens as a way to say, "Thank you" to the staff at the assisted living center my dad lives at. I felt that a pen with the styius feature would be something the staff could use on a daily basis. Also, seeing the "thank you" on the pen each time it was used would remind them how greatly they are appreciated.
