He points out that simply allowing customers to download songs or make simple purchases on a cell phone does not take full advantage of the power of mobile devices. Rather, to get the entire bang for the buck, Unhelkar advocates--and describes how to--integrate the entire enterprise with the help of mobile devices. For example, Unhelkar cites how mobile supply chain management can yield gains in efficiency for the organizations able to integrate mobile devices with back office systems.The chapter previews and summaries are quite helpful, as busy readers may not have the time to read everything. It's obvious from page one that Unhelkar is very knowledgeable about his subject matter.

These include the economic, technical, process and social dimensions of Mobile Business. The book clearly embodies a healthy combination of solid research and hands-on practice. As the CEO of a Company that provides technology to the enterprise that crosses Mobility, I've found this to be a great practical and strategic read. Also loved the fact that Edward Yourdon wrote the foreword. Keep authoring.
