Arm fell off first 10 minutes after having the doll

I really like this doll. I bought 6 bumbleberry girls. Serena is my favorite. Her face is cute and her hair is beautiful. The arms of my first Serena detached. I didn't bother to return her because her sleeping bag, pajamas and pillow were worth the cost of the doll. This doll came with a different outfit, luggage and a neck pillow. I am not going to dress and undress her in different outfits because I don't want the arms to fall out. The dolls are adorable to display, but have to be played with very gently.

I liked everything about these dolls. I bought several as I have 28 grandkids, mainly little girls. They have adorable faces and clothes. I love that they are stuffed instead if hard so they are very cuddly.

We have this doll to our daughter as a little gift in the car on our road trip. She had it for two hours sitting next to her in the car when we arrived at our camper she went to play with it and the arm broke. This is terrible!! She played with it for ten minutes and she is gentle with her toys. It’s not fixable either.

First one arrived, my daughter twisted her arm around and it broke in less than 5 minutes out of the box. Replacement arrived, she opened the box out in the yard bc she was so excited. Exact same arm broke off before we ever got it in the house. I gave up after that.

I bought it for my 4 yr old grad dtr. Within the first 15 minutes the dolls arm came off and there was no repairing it. It broke.
