- This is a brand new digital K type thermometer for contact temperature measurements. It has one input for K-type thermocouples and can display the temperature in 0.1° steps. It can be used in HVAC trade to check air conditioners, heaters or furnaces with high precision. In manufacturing it can be used to measure liquid and air temperatures. In foundries and metal working it can measure very high temperatures, but you may need a specialized k-type thermocouple with a ceramic insulation.'
