I requested for a return and the request was granted. Then, the Yotown asked me to cancel the request of return and it would refund the money to me. It didn’t sound logical to me, so I didn’t cancel the request. Then, the company sent me a label to print, which I did. Then, the company asked me to print the address where I should send the item back. But, the address was never given to me.It ended up that I could not return the item.Update 11/17/21I finally got my refund.

This rotating car swivel cushion works as advertised. It is comfortable and very helpful in getting in and out of the car. The only "drawback" is that it may not fit "flat" in your car seat depending on the seat's contours. (We have a Subaru Outback with contoured front seats that rise approx. 2" higher on the top side edges. This rotating cushion is slightly wider than the main seat surface, so does not sit "flat" in the center. But it does work.)

I really liked this cushion...at first. Ive been using it since March, but it recently broke. The cushion broke away from the base and the roller balls came off so it wouldn't rotate properly. I'd like to talk to company about replacing it for me. I n.v think I received a faulty cushion.

Unless you are on a flat hard surface, this doesn't work. I bought it for my 83 year old mother to use on her couch and to assist her in and out of a vehicle. The description said, "convenient for old people to get out of the car." It just doesn't work. It sinks down into soft surfaces and just won't turn. So disappointed.

I gifted to my niece in Florida and she loves it. She said it is perfect.

Bought it for my dad, he loved it! Much easier to get in/out of the car.

The ability to swirl your bottom and get your legs into the car is finally possible. Great product.
