Everything works perfectly but sound quality isn't the best but works well for most applications. Would like to be able to have the ability to swap speakers out for upgraded versions, later.

This purpose built product works as intended and as designed. You can’t go wrong with this.

I upgraded to a Qualifier DLX MIPS from a Standard Qualifier. You need to buy the specific mic for the DLX, which costs $30 on Amazon, but it installs very easily, and the integrated Bluetooth looks much more custom and clean than the Sena SMH10 installed in the standard Qualifier helmet.

Attached perfectly to my Bell DLX Helmet. The audio has very little bass but I think that’s what’s to be expected as the roar of the motorcycle would drown it out anyways. I used the Velcro from my Sena SMH10 and everything took about 10 minutes to get together. If this fits your helmet, get it.

This sena adapter fit perfectly into my bell devil may cry helmet. It was a tight fit as the top clip of the sena unit is very tough to get fully seat into the helmet once the adapter is installed, but after some adjusting, i got it to snap into place securely. If its not, a good bump and itll fall out. Also didnt come with a machine screw to tighten the adapter to the helmet so i had to find one at a hardware store. Also no double sided tape to secure the speakers to the inner portion of the helmet, there is velcro on the speakers, but my bell helmet has cutouts in yhe foam under the padding for the speakers to sit and they fell out numerous times until i taped them in. All in all im glad i purchased it. Music and comms makes the ride that much better.

This is the first motorcycle communication system for a motorcycle I have purchased or used, so I'm not sure how if my expectations were poor for the sound quality and use.These were bought specifically to use with the Bell Mag9 helmet (would not recommend that helmet).Mostly, I think, due to the helmet, but the speakers do not fit well into the helmet. They push against my ears.Instructions don't seem to cover a lot of stuff and they iphone app took removing and reinstalling and some other tinkering to make it work.For me, this was a very expensive waste of money. I'm hopeful they will prove more useful as I figure out how to use them with my 2018 Goldwing - however, this is not easy to figure out either.

I bought this so that I may be able to switch my Sena 10S between 2 helmets. Specifically this was for the Bell Transition Lens helmet. Went in super easy and am very pleased with it. So far so good. Have had it for about 2 months now and works as advertised. Speakers are loud and clear.

it works with my new helmet, but there was no mounting screw to secure it to the helmet. I will have to remove the unit and try to find the correct size screw.

Comment dire... je commande un kit de fixation et il manque la back-plate... qui en plus de ça n'est pas la même qu'un autre intercom sena smh10 que j'ai... je ne trouve même pas ou est cette fameuse back-plate donc comment faire?

The title says it's for the Mag-9 but it also works for the Qualifier DLX, which is what I used this for. It was a bit of a pain to fit in the helmet only because it was tight, but it did work out fine. I used the speaker pads from the original Sena and everything fits nicely.

Unit works fine, no issues with it.
