New item opened before shipping.
I could excuse the delay in delivery but after opening the envelope containing the Star Wars figure , it became apparent that the box containing the Storm Trooper was opened at some point before shipping and resealed with scotch tape. Not sure what happened but it is still giftable and looks good. That's why I gave this product a 3 and not a 4 out of 5.
