I have been using this product for 2 months. My skin hair and nails all needed help! These ceramides made my hair stronger thicker and shinier. My skin is plumper and has more bounce back and has a healthy glow and the skin tone is brighter and even now. My nails have never been stronger! They used to split and wouldn't grow. Now my nails are thick and growing and the tips are nice and white and healthy looking. My hang nails have all gone away. I would pay triple the amount for all that this product does!P.S. I'm 22, so I don't have too many issues with my skin, but I figure it's never too early to start fully protecting it. I have combo skin with mild psoriasis and a history of acne. I have very little sun damage. I've never taken any skin vitamins before and these were a great start! After a week of taking it, I noticed my skin seemed more plump and I didn't need to slather my face with as much moisturizer. After 2 weeks, I cut way down on the amount of face makeup I wore. (I don't wear a ton in the first place, but still). My skin looks and feels healthier with this and I experienced no side effects, which I know can happen with some supplements with biotin in them. I'm sure they would be more effective with someone with more sun damage or other skin aging issues, but they worked well for me.

Surprised to see it work!! Im usually very skeptical when it comes to things like this, but a friend recommended it and it wasn't to expensive, so I went for it.

Amazing product. I see a HUGE difference in my facial skin. I look about ten years younger and my skin is so much smoother, less age showing. I have used other brands but this product is much more potent and brings about superior results.

This does nothing for my complexion and I used it faithfully. I understand that it needs to be used for a couple of months to see results, but after 3 months I saw NO results. I won't waste my money on any more.
