Hope It Gets Better! It Doesn’t - It's Gotten Worse!
Update: 24 June 19. This chair is still incredibly uncomfortable. I have a very thick cushion on top, yet the firmness of this chair still comes through. I has absolutely not give what-so-ever! I have never sat in such an uncomfortable chair. I'll try to keep using it for one year and then I'm done. I can't go much longer with my tail-bone aching every day. There are much, much cheaper chairs out there that I could/should/will buy that will give me much greater comfort. This is a terrible chair and continues to be a terrible chair!Update: 9 Feb 18. I still hate this chair! It is STILL as hard as a rock and has not changed any from the first time I sat in it. NOW it's developed a very loud and annoying creaking everytime I move. I'm not sure what the problem is but this chair is noisy. Just barely turning sideways makes a lot of racket. Just one more thing to go wrong with this chair. I'll still need to use it because I can't afford to replace such an expensive chair with something else, and believe me, I will eventually replace this chair with anything else. Don't buy this chair unless you want to sit on concrete and hear screeching noise every time you move!Update: 11 Dec 18. Three months with this chair and I HATE it! The seat is still so hard I think I dread every day I have to sit in it! I am retired so I sut in front of my home computer a lot, but this chair isn’t comfortable after an hour or less and then I have to stand up. I don’t understand making a seat so dang hard. I sank too much money into this thing so I guess I’m stuck with it and that’s a pain too! Anybody who things it gets softer with use is going to be disappointed and sore!Update: 19 Oct 18. I have had this chair for exactly one month. I am 5' 11 and 290 lbs. This chair was designed for guys like me and even bigger guys. It does fit me very well. My head come right up to the headrest pillow giving me great support. The built in lumbar is just perfect. I can adjust it to feel great as necessary each day if I want. Sometimes I want a real straight sitting, other times I don't want the push in my back. The nob makes it easy to adjust. Same with the height and rocking adjustment paddles. Usually, once these are set for you size, they won't move again.Initial Review: Putting together the chair was relatively painless although they could do a better job of explaining where the bolts actually come from. One arm of the chair was detached, but the bolts were in the chair. We some how got the chair bottom bolts mixed up with the chair arm bolts, but eventually figured it out. It took my wife and I about an hour to put together and we're both in our 70's.Now about the comfort. After one month, I can only tolerate this chair for about four hours or less. The seat is extremely hard and I mean hard. My backside is very tender after sitting in this chair for more than four hours at a time. Yeah, that's a long time to sit any where, but the chair is in my study in front of my iMac and my TV. I'm either coding something, playing a game or watching football and don't pay much attention to the time, but when I do get up, I can feel the soreness in my tail-bone. It isn't pleasant. I did ask Noble Chairs about the hardness of the seat and they said it would lessen over time. That may be true, but after one month it certainly isn't my favorite chair to sit in, but it's the only one I have for now, so I guess I'll keep trying to break it in. Still, if you're looking for a big and tall chair that is comfortable at the start, look elsewhere. This one is like sitting on a concrete wall all day!P.S. I almost forgot to mention that if you sit in the chair in blue jeans, don't plan on moving around. It feels like your jeans are stuck to the seat and you can't move or wiggle at all. Some might like this, but it's hard to move to a more comfortable position since you have to stand completely up to move in this chair. I don't know about other pant material since all I ever wear is blue jeans.

Great Chair -- Female Fit -- Highly Recommend!
This is a great chair for the female body. Since most gaming chairs (understandably) are marketed to men with different body shapes, I was very concerned when picking out a gaming chair. I wanted something that would improve my posture, be easy to clean (no cloth--leather or faux), be comfortable, be well-sized for my body (not snug nor too spacious), have some adjustability, and look good but not over-the-top. After a lot of research and testing out "normal" office chairs ranging from $20 to $1,200 in price (yikes!), I decided that gaming chairs were the final frontier and only hope for finding a great chair. I wasn't able to sit and test any out, as my time was short and the conferences with testers far away, so I did as much research as I could, measuring and calculating and comparing and reading. It was a long journey, but I finally pulled the trigger on the NobleChair Hero in Leather. I went with red trim because I was feeling sassy, but the black trim would fit in better. It was a great choice. Not only is it far more comfortable than any chair on the office chair market (even that $1.2K one), it's a gorgeous leather that's easy to clean and upkeep, it's a good price considering the materials (cloth is cheaper, but mind your ability to clean it won't be as good), it has great adjustability, and it fits the female body really well! (Sorry men, but I can't speak for you, but keep this in mind for your female gaming friends for sure!) I use it on carpet with a plastic chair rug and it skits around just fine. The wheels are standard 3", and it weighs quite a bit--assembly is a pain but once it's done it's DONE! Definitely grab a friend for it if you can, but I was able to solo it so if you have to it is doable! Please let me know if you have any questions about this chair--honestly I know that picking a chair is a way bigger decision than it seems, and I'd be happy to alleviate or address any concerns you might have regarding this chair. It really is a wonderful fit.

So Happy!
I've been putting off buying a new computer chair for a while. A website I frequent (HardOCP) had a review of the ICON and later a review of the HERO.The HERO was exactly what I was looking for. However I was a little turned off by the price even with Noble Chairs specs on their website but when the chair went on sale on Amazon I ordered. The chair is worth every cent even if I'd paid full price for it. That also includes customer service. I had an initial problem with one of the arms rattling so bad it made me crazy. I contacted them and had a replacement arm within a couple days. Unfortunately there was a bit of a mix up on the arm they sent me (They sent me the ICON arm). With an email that included some pics of the difference in arms, the issue was quickly fixed. Now I have the perfect chair in my opinion. I didn't want a DXRacer or whatever the brand of the month is.I wanted a chair that would be comfortable for hours of computer use. Some features:Just about every adjustment you could ask for is available.Built in Lumbar support with adjustmentQuality stitchingAluminum base and heavy duty piston. The list goes on.Supremely happy with this chair and would suggest to anyone looking for a quality gaming/computer chair to check out Noble Chairs!

Fantastic and spacious chair -- cheap foam armrests
Overall:The first thing that surprised me about this chair was the size of it. The dimensions were listed, but it's hard to get a real sense of how large it's going to feel until you're sitting in it. There's a ton of room in this chair. I'm about 1.8 m and 100 kg (5'11" and 220 lbs), and it's definitely larger than I need. It feels a little like I'm sitting on a throne. I may order a shorter gaslift at some point, so that my girlfriend's feet can touch the ground when she uses it, but aside from that I don't have any complaints about the size. I frequently find that computer chairs are a little smaller than I'd like them to be, so I'm happy to have one that's larger than I need, for a change. I didn't list this as a pro or a con, since that's really going to depend on what size of chair you need. If you're much smaller than I am, then it might be worth considering the Icon chair instead. The detachable pillows seems a little unnecessary, but it doesn't hurt to have them. The back pillow is especially superfluous, given that the chair has adjustable lumbar support built in, but I may end up finding another use for the thing around the house. The head pillow isn't too bad, although it does sort of ruin the clean aesthetic of the chair, so I don't know how much use I'll get out of it.Pros:The chair construction feels very sturdy. As I was assembling it, I really noticed how solid every piece felt. I get the impression that this chair will last me a long time.Putting the thing together was quite easy, even solo, although you may want a second person to help hold the back of the chair in place while you screw it in, depending on your comfort level with that sort of thing. The chair is very comfortable to sit in for long stretches.I got the real leather version, and it's absolutely beautiful. For a piece of furniture that I'm going to have in my home for a long time, I really wanted something that would look good, and this chair delivers. As someone who's managed to break the rocking mechanism on every other computer chair I've ever had, I'm very happy to have a chair that's actually built for people my size or larger. There are buttons on the arms of the chairs for every adjustment, which means that they won't slip around on you. You can set them where you want them, and then they'll stay there.Cons:If anything, the arms are a little farther apart than I'd prefer, even pulled in as far as they go. I would have preferred if the slots for adjusting the position of the arms were a little longer, but there may have been structural reasons why they didn't do that. They're also a little tall for me, but it's workable. The arms themselves are made of the same sort of hard foam that they use on all office chairs these days. It wouldn't be a complaint on any other chair, but on something of this quality I do worry that they may not wear as well as the rest of the chair. [Update: I was right to be worried, see below for more details]The seat is a little stiff, but from other reviews it looks like it can take a few weeks for it to break in, so I'm assuming that's not going to be an issue for long. [Update: still stiff after a month and a half, don't believe the people who say it breaks in within a couple of weeks]I find the positioning of the adjustment levers on the bottom to be a little bit awkward. It seems like no matter how I try to reach for them, the arms of the chair get in the way.All things considered, my complaints are fairly minor. They delivered the sort of quality that I would have expected from a chair at this price point, and that's saying a lot.The only real downside of this chair is the price tag, but if that doesn't scare you off, then I'd strongly recommend it. It's comfortable, solid, and looks great.[Update: After a month and a half of use, the chair is still firmer than I'd prefer, and the armrests are already starting to show signs of wear in the spots where I usually lean on them with my elbows. For a chair at this price tag, those cheap hard foam armrests are unacceptable, in my opinion -- especially when I've paid a premium for a genuine leather chair so that it'll wear well. I'd be fine with the chair taking a few months to get properly broken in, if the whole thing were built to last, but at this rate the armrests will be falling apart by the end of the year. I'll probably try buying cheap armrest covers, to extend their life a bit, although they'll make it hard to use the built-in adjustments. Overall, I'm quite disappointed with the armrests on this chair. It's only worth spending this much money on a piece of furniture if it's going to last, and for that reason I've taken two stars off of my review.]

Just Beautiful...
I have been very impressed with this chair in the week that I have had it so far. It was very firm to start, but the longer you sit in the chair, the more comfortable and supportive it becomes.Only complaint so far is that the right arm when tightened doesn't sit vertical. I've tried to straighten it by tightening and loosening the bolts, but it sits maybe 5 degree towards the chair. The left side is vertical and solid.I'm 6'0 tall and 220 lbs, there is lot's of room for me on this chair, I don't find the bolsters to be to tight.

firm and comfortable
Firstly I’m 5’8” so I inquired ordering chair with the shorter lift that they advertise for $50.00 I was disappointed when they told me that I’d have to purchase separately at that point I started looking into other companies. But after doing a lot more searching and finding that all others were coming up fair shorter than my expectations and measurements I contacted sales at Noble again and asked for the measurements of the chair at the lowest possible setting at top of cushion it was about 2” higher that my existing chair But the width of the seat was what I was looking for so I purchased I can say it’s amazing in comfort and workmanship and as I stated my height it’s perfect at lowest setting plus maybe a half inch for gas lift comfortably so them advertising as a over sized chair turns off people at first glance do your research

Big comfy chair!
I spent a LOT of time searching for a new office / gaming chair. Made the rounds at the traditional locations and sat in quite a few. None quite made the cut...too soft, too small, too flimsy, too cheesy looking etc. Came down to 2 choices and I settled on the Hero from Nobelchairs. Man... this thing rocks... and it does do that too!!Arrived early...bonus! Easy to assemble. Simple instructions. Took me 20mins with the supplied Allen wrench.I can lay back on this puppy, rock in it. Easy to adjust mechanisms. Multiple seat angle adjustments as well as the backrest. Major tilt without fear of crash n burn. No creaks or groans from any part of this baby. Lumbar actually works as it should. Multi position armrests. Mine is black with white accents and looks awesome. Easy wipe down. Great thigh support. Solid but comfortable padding... it is a "big" chair after all. One can sleep in this beast.... not that I would know....One small tick is the lack of softer padding on the top of the arm rests. I think they could use a tweak on the covering / padding here to make them more comfy on the forearms but it isn't "game" changing. All in all a fabulous purchase and after a month of near daily use just as pleased as when it arrived.

Great Premium Chair
I really don't know why there isn't more reviews on this chair, but it is absolutely fantastic. I am a 6'2", 240lb male and the chair is spacious and comfortable. The packaging was great (the instructions were even laminated), easily put together, the parts are of high quality, uses thick Allen screws with locknuts/washers (the proper way to fasten things), the real leather feels great. I know this is the common criticism of this model, but the seat is a little firm at first but it didn't take much time to break in (I prefer a firmer seat). Don't let the firmness turn you off from this model! Also, the lumbar support is great as well. I am super happy with this purchase and will definitely be using their products in the future.

Really perfect, very happy!
The highlight of this chair is the integrated lumbar support, (unusual) it's really better than a cushion. Premium product, well packaged and easy to assemble. An impression of firmness when sitting, but really very comfortable. I have no pain, even sitting for a long time. Best chair ever!

Great chair, amazing options
This is a great chair with amazing options. But for someone like me who's having lumbar back problems, I don't recommend it. The seat and the back of the chair is hard. I tried this chair for about a week (70 hours a week) and I felt like I was sitting on a wood chair sometimes. Also, I weight 100 lbs (45 kg) and this chair was too huge for me. The chair isn't supporting my back like I was expected. If you are sitting in it not on a regular basis, this chair is great even though the price is expensive. Also, the chair is so heavy, be aware of that.

My eyes were tearing
This chair is so comfortable. It applies pressure in all the right places. It brings such relief to sore points that my eyes were tearing. That's MY chair. It was made with my name on it.

Excellent chair
This is an excellent chair. I bought it for "office work" and not for gaming. It has excellent support, is easily adjusted and serves the purpose of extended sitting. I appreciate the excellent support.

Best chair ever
Comfort, support and easy care. Looks great. I bought three chairs in three months looking for the right one. I tried my friends and fell in love. I'm 5'10 and 360lb and sit all-day programming. So I needed the support.
