It does work!
I made ravioli (pelmeni) using thiIs form today. I was pleasantly surprised to see that this maker did work. The ravioli came out slightly smaller that those I would have shaped by hand, but the process was faster. The ravioli got sealed nicely, and the dough did not stick to the form. It was easy to clean it. I did not wash the form in the machine, because I do not know if it is dishwasher safe. I hope the pictures will help.

Better than the metal version
We own both the plastic and the metal versions. The metal version came with a number of sharp, dangerous burrs. I would recommend buying this instead.

Quality product
While in Russia I took a class on pelmeni and they offered a form for purchase. Not wishing to travel with the form, I chose instead to check online. By the time I arrived home my pelmeni form had arrived and the pricing was great and the product of good quality, better than the one offered at the class.

Easy to use and performs as promised.
The mold was very easy to use. The filled pelmeni fell right out after rolling. It's very important to dust the mold with cornstarch before placing the dough on.

Doesn't save much time, little bit less work
I loved how making пелмени required less folding and shaping but it honestly took about the same amount of time as it usually would. Cute shape when they pop out. The circle moves around a lot when you try to roll your pin over it to smoothe the surface of the dumplings.

I stink at making pasta ... but good product
Sturdy product but I just don't have the knack of making raviolis. If you have any kind of talent with pasta - go for it !

I was hoping for a better handling experience
I was hoping for a better handling experience. When using the form, it was not separating the Pelmeni as I hoped, the edges are not sharp enough to cut. Haven’t used it since.

Handle broke upon first use
Handle broke off the first time that I used it. Very disappointing.

A great tool for making a fun appetizer.
The first batch was very difficult and time-consuming. However, with the second half of the dough I cut it up, added a little water and let the food processor work its magic. I followed this with some hand kneading, and was able to stretch the dough to cover the form, and cutting the dumplings was far easier, as the stretching made the dough thinner.

Makes cute little pockets!!
I have tried this frame for small pockets of foods in dough--lazy ravioli, tortellini, even shortbread cookies with maraschino cherries inside--a Christmas favorite in our family. Happy with it!

Bad product
There are no instructions with it and it is very tiny! The holes are the size of a dime, how are you supposed to make ravioli with that?...

Decent
Seems like an okay product. The cut out from the printer is a bit choppy with scratches and grooves and the pegs on one side aren't exactly level. Haven't used it yet, so we shall see if it can hold up.
