This product keeps your back straight and indeed can help to improve posture if you can wear if for the necessary amount of time to train your body. The positives to it are, it is very simple to use, and clear directions are provided should you need help, and it is easily adjusted to your size. The downsides to it are, the material is rough and itchy against my bare skin, and it is very stiff, like it takes a bit of getting used to or breaking in. Overall, not a bad product, but can use some improvement.

Not bad. I tried this on and it seemed to help me be aware of when I was slouching. It doesn't keep you upright itself, but rather lets you know that your posture has changed by tightening around you. I'm still trying it to see how it turns out long term. It would be great if there was a white option with a thinner back, that way I could wear it around under my shirts.

After wearing this for two days at work I am amazed... My back and shoulder pain and tension is almost nonexistent! I struggle with bad posture and horrible trapezious and QL pain on a daily basis and this brace provides me so much relief at work. I'd highly recommend this.

The product preformed very well except it needed to be pulled tighter during the day of wear! Pad in the back has too much thickness, it looked like I was wearing a gun holster! But it does the job it was meant to do!

A bit hard to put on. Since you can assume the user has a back problem of some kind, some more tips on first use would help. However after you figure it out, it's comfortable. I'll stick with it.

It really helps with my back and neck pain.I have bought a few different ones but I find I like this one the best. At first you have to get use to wearing it. Now I didn’t go to work without it.
