They hold on when the going gets tough, unlike my ex!
The title is really all you need to know. These are cheap but effective, I'm using this as a better table clamp for my direct drive wheel (CSL DD) found a printable base on thingiverse that these are compatible with and it's been working flawlessness. I appreciate the rubber tops on the clamp end so my desk surface isn't getting absolutely destroyed!I've been using this for just over a month, and I've only had to retighten them occasionally (as expected when the DD is shaking the crap out of my work surface). These are simple but fantastically rigid!

Jaws parallel and product arrived undamaged
These clamps are not cheap so I did my homework. Folks has issues with the clamps getting damaged during shipping due to inadequate packaging, and they had issues with the jaws not being parallel when tightened down. I had neither of these issues so wanted to provide this review in case others are on the fence over these same potential problems. First the packaging. I purposely got these clamps shipped from and sold by Amazon because I knew they would help me if the products arrived damaged. Packaging is 100% from Bessey, Amazon is not adding any of their boxes. This kit is heavy, just under 40 lbs (I weighed it) so the potential to get damaged in shipping is there. The box arrived a bit banged up so I was worried I would have to deal with the hassle of exchanging, but everything was fine. There are three individual packages within the main box, and once I got past the initial banged up outer box, everything was in good shape. You get 1) the two 24" clamps packaged together in a box, 2) the two 50" clamps packaged together in a second box, and 3) the extenders packaged together in a third box. The extenders are loose in their smaller box but they are beefy and each comes in that super-strong-cut-your-hand-open-rigid plastic. The clamps come with a cardboard protector on the rails and the ends are snuggled in high density plastic foam. No damage. I think the fact that this is a kit helps with shipping, because there are multiple items, and therefore everything fits together like a puzzle and helps with overall resistance to shipping damage. As for my second concern, the jaws are indeed parallel. There is a slight angle to the jaws when not tightened down, but this corrects to parallel under tension. Time will tell how these really perform, but first impression = impressed. Happy I made the purchase.

Get This Clamp!
Alright, so, let me tell you about this clamp. First off, I feel like Thor wielding Mjolnir when I use this thing. Seriously, it's like the hammer of clamps - it doesn't just hold stuff together; it practically yells, You shall not pass! to any wobbly wood piece. I could probably hang off it and it'd still keep things tight. Forget muscles, this clamp's got the strength! As for woodworking, it's like having an extra set of hands that never complain or take breaks. Plus, if you ever need to spread the word about good clamps, this one's even got a spreader mode. It's the superhero of the workshop - trust me, your wood projects will thank you for introducing them to this Herculean clamp!

Great clamp, needs grip
I want to love these but plan to add paddle grips to handles. Hard to grip to tighten snug. Work great when work piece is resting in clamp with handles up. Most of us have dozens of clamps and still not enough. Would be 5 star with a bit of grip. Body is solid, slides great, good quality.

Stand in replacement clamp for a used pasta roller
These are small, as one reviewer noted. However, that was JUST what I needed. I scored a used pasta roller for $8 at a local used stuff shop (similar to this one Tosnail Pasta Maker/Roller Machine Made of Heavy Duty Stainless Steel - 2 Blades - Great for Making Spaghetti, Angel Hair - Plastic Grip Hand Crank ), but the clamp was missing.Replacement clamps marketed for that specific purpose are ridiculously over priced (I could just buy a new machine and clamp!), so I started shopping around the hardware section.I first tried a pair of these ( TEKTON 3917 3-Inch Nylon Spring Clamp, 3-Inch Jaw Opening, 3-1/4-Inch Throat Depth ). They were big enough to fit over the base of the pasta machine and the counter, but the handles got in the way of the crank, so I could only use one at a time, which wasn't very stable or secure. The Bessey table clamps are JUST right for this purpose. The "peg" fits into the clamp hole on the pasta machine with room to spare, and the clamp opens enough to fit around the machine and counter. I was able to secure the machine with just one of these. It was a bit tricky making sure it wasn't angled out at the top, but I think with practice that may be easier. I suppose I could also use two clamps (one on each side of the base), and that may be what I try next time.Overall, these worked well for me and were the right price point.

Part of my first foray into "real" woodworking.
I needed to trim some thin edges off using my table saw. Ordered these as part of a "sacrificial fence" using a scrap piece of wood. After sight measuring the locations for two holes in the top I used a brad point drill bit (to prevent traveling) and freehand drilled the two holes. The pins of the clamp fit perfectly in the holes and really improved the options for using my tiny Craftsman table saw. The clamps look a little thin and flimsy on the screw and footpad, but they hold the sacrificial securely to the real fence.

Classic Bessey quality
I've done a lot of woodworking (advanced hobbyist) for the last 50 years. I've always found my Bessey clamps to be top of the line and these parallel K body clamps are no exception. I've tried my favorite woodworking store's knock-off versions on occasion to save some $$ and generally found they just don't measure up. The Besseys stay aligned and clamp down with the kind of force I need when gluing up a table top. I used these 40 inch clamps to glue up the leg assemblies for a new workbench I just built. They were just what I needed and they worked as expected.I happily recommend these clamps to you if you're looking for top notch K body clamps.

Exactly what I needed
These are exactly what I needed for my needs. I needed a clamp to hold down my SWIX Nordic ski waxing profiles. The SWIX branded clamps are priced at $50 which I thought was way too much. These one's worked perfectly at a fraction of the cost. The rod shaft has a diameter of 8mm which fit perfectly into the waxing profiles. Overall highly recommend these if you are looking for a set of specific clamps.
