These NORV Fish Oil Capsules seem like unremarkable fish oil capsules but that's as much a good thing as a negative one, I've had no issues with them at all and they seem as good as my previous brand. They're relatively small, egg-shaped rather than torpedo-shaped, and easy to swallow. I haven't had any fishy-flavoured burps with them at all but then I always take them with food because vitamins and minerals mostly get better absorbed that way.The price is neither the highest or lowest but the modest pack size with enough for about a month, since they recommend two per day, means they're affordable and a good place to start if you haven't tried fish oil before. There's currently a worthwhile three-for-two offer if you want better value. Nice to know the oil is extracted from wild caught fish too. Also good to know they "improve your well bedding" if not your proof-reading...

Value of money, easy to swallow

I ordered these in January 2022 and thought nothing of it but looking at the label batch date 01-2019, best before date 01-2022.. 60 capsules at 1 per day equates to 2 months supply. well over 2years from production date.Very disappointed

For a child the recommended dose is 1 capsule so if you are buying these for your child they will last 2 months.

It also helps at the body absorb other vitamins.Day daily requirement of Omega 3 fatty acids is adult males needs 1.6 g and 1.1 g for adult women. Found the container easy to open with no issues getting the top off. It might sound unlikely that this would be a problem but I have had containers in the past where I literally could not get the top off due to manufacturing problems.There isn't much taste when you first swallow these and I noted no initial aftertaste either.Sometimes with fish oil capsules, a few minutes after swallowing you can get a bit of fishy flavour if they repeat on you but with these I haven't had a problem with that either.Pleased with overall quality and ease of swallowing.

These capsules are an easy size to swallow with no bad aftertaste. Each capsule contains Vitamin E 42% NRV (Nutrient Reference Vallue, or the European recommended daily allowance) and 500mg fish oil.The instructions say that for children 3+ years 1 capsule a day is the recommended dose. It's disappointing though that the container doesn't have a child proof lid. For adults the recommended dose is 2 to 4 capsules a day. Assuming you take 3 capsules a day, with 60 capsules in the container that would only last you 20 days so these may not be such good value for money as they first appear. If you take 2 capsules a day the container would last 1 month though.Note that the capsules also contain Gluten so they are not vegan.

It's a lot easier to take Omega 3 supplements than it is to manipulate your diet to get enough oily fish. These are simple capsules, which I take with no fuss. They are a lot like the kind of capsules I have used for years, and I should think they will suit most people.
