I just moved to a new place, I am not familiar with this new area. So I thought installing a wireless security camera will be a great way to keep an eye on my new house and my cat. Amazon and Seller : Product came before schedule date. So i am pretty happy in that front. Thanks to both Amazon and seller.Product : A pretty good surveillance camera. My year old baby is super active and keeps on going here and there. This camera keeps a good eye on her activity and records all her activity. Best part i can see her even when I am out at work miles away from home. MIPC app helps me to have a conversation with people at home. Picture quality is good with 3 different modes (Day/Night/Auto). Attached is the image in both day , night and auto mode. Pictures are pretty clear and are of high quality. Even zooming to full strength doesn't distort the image.You can record the activities and store it in in either SD card or in cloud(off course you will have to purchase cloud space for that).I was unable to connect it through Alexa though. Might be i am doing something wrong. Will try and figure that out sometime.Will have an eye on any issues in coming days and will update the review if i face any issue. Till then a good 5 star as of now. Thanks.

I looked over the reviews here on Amazon and came across this product that appeared to do everything I was looking for. Got the product and after a week, I still cannot get it to work correctly. Could be a combination of the camera being bad or the horrendous software that they expect you to use (Appears to be proprietary to the camera). I mean, the spelling within the software is not even correct along with a host of other issues to include, continuous request to update firmware, continuous request to update time zones. This is even before we get to the point where it does not work. Set-up seemed easy enough but that was the only thing about it that I thought was decent. The camera will work for about 5 seconds, when at all and then the screen goes black. I can still move the camera around but have no picture. I am less than 6 feet away from my router and connection continues to go offline. The black screen in the attached screenshot should not be black. No error indicated in the "About" section where they tell you to troubleshoot. The worst part is, I do not have the boxes it came in so I cannot return it. Makes me thinks that bots had something to do with the ratings so be aware. I will not recommend

I bought this for two reasons - 1. To keep an eye on the house while I'm at work. 2. To check the stove. Yes, seriously. I can't tell you how many times I have gotten half way to work and turned around because I was worried that I hadn't turned the stove off. This solved the problem instantly. This camera will rotate and zoom in on whatever you want to look at - like the knobs on my stove! In an instant, I can see that the house is safe, and I can finish my commute. It may sound silly, but for a very low cost I now have peace of mind, knowing that my home and pets are safe. Set up was a breeze. Put in a mini sd card, plug it in and scan the code in the manual to download the program to my phone. You can also view through their website or the app for the PC. I'm very pleased!!

Looks like a decent device. Unfortunately, my unit was defective and only displayed a grainy black screen despite the room being completely bright with normal room lighting. Unlike other devices, this one uses a unique method for setting up the network by transmitting sounds from the phone to the device. Make sure you use a 2.4ghz network, and not a 5.8ghz network, else it won't configure, and you have to reset the device to start over (and resting this device takes more time than the other units I used).

What don’t I like about it, the picture quality, the way I can move it to find my dogs, I love that I can stop them before they do what they’re not supposed to, by just calling their names out, when they here me they stop.... and I’m at restaurant or a store ....miles away.

I do not like to review products when I first get them because the lasting quality of products leave allot to be desired. I put a 128GB sd drive in my camera and have been using it without a subscription for the whole time. It works great. Has not given me any issues despite one update issue were the camera updated and stopped working. I noticed when I checked in to see my pets it was not working. Reapplied the update all was fine.

I like the product a lot however, the picture quality is not what described in the description. If anything I feel like it is less than what being said. The wifi in my hosue is very good Bc it runs on google fiber. Secondly, when I tried to view the camera, it kept switching back and forth to night vision and regular. For the price it is a good camera.Updated: customer service was excellent. I was able to get this problem fixed.
