This is a great, dark roast, hearty, satisfying 'cuppajoe' ; and is the closest I have found to tasting like my fresh ground drip coffee...a very convenient substitute which never fails to deliver great taste and aroma. If you enjoy a rich, deep , strong coffee, this is for you! Enjoy!

Received a Tassimo coffeemaker as a gift several years ago. I've come to try many medium and bold roasts here and have been disappointed. I did a search and found King of Joe Dark Roast on Amazon. Now I only order this one for the machine. It has a strong bold taste, beautiful aroma and isn't bitter at all. I wish it was sold in Canada so I didn't have to buy it from the U.S. but that's just the way it is now.

Finally a decent cup of serving size coffee. I have been a Keurig K and Vue cup user for a couple of years. I have tried at least a dozen or more types of coffee. The one and only advantage of K-cups is the ease of preparation. The coffee itself leaves a lot to be desired. I just found out about Tassimo while surfing the web and decided to see if Amazon had a brewer. They have them and I bought one and some King Joe Dark Roast.This Tassimo is just as easy to use, if not better, than any of the half dozen or so Kuerigs that I own or have owned. However, there is one exception in that the Tassimo actually tastes like a cup of coffee compared to a Keurig. Thanks Joe.

King of Joe is the best coffee for Tassimo system. I like their espresso even more as I add frothy milk to make a latte. I highly recommend this coffee if you like a strong coffee without a bitter aftertaste. Please don’t get rid of this brand as I can find no other as good in this system or Kuerig or Nespresso.

I love my Tassimo - these machines are so smart - but I cannot find a coffee strong enough for my taste. I do also wish that they could minimize the packaging.

I've been drinking other t-disc coffees on my Bosch coffee maker and enjoying then in a sort of ho-hum okay medicinal caffeine delivery system way.The first swallow of King of Joe Dark Roast Coffee prompted a "WOW!" Prepared with the Milka t-disc and no sugar, I was dumbfounded by the aroma, hidden flavors and full body taste of the coffee. Far better than store bought cups of coffee and even formerly GOLD STANDARD diner coffee, I am smitten with love for King of Joe! Ruined for any other brand, I will stock up before everyone buys it and prices will likely soar.

I am still smarting that Starbucks pulled their license from Tassimo and awarded it to that other company. King of Joe is a pleasant dark roast, but not a reasonable competitor for Starbucks French Roast fans. I use King of Joe or Maxwell House for my fast morning cup. But when time permits, I confess to grinding my Starbucks eans and. Rewind with a French press.
