Vibrant banana yellow PETG filament, super strong and great colour, prints clean and true
I'm printing some crazy 2021 glasses for everyone as a giveaway to friends to have at their isolated NYE parties. needed something strong and also something that will stand up to disinfectant they will be sprayed with before bagging. Spool super neat winding , all looks perfect. Spool weight including spool is 1247g unused. I print my tests at 0.3 layer height as this shows up flaws and errors at a bigger scale. This is Phil A Ment, 100mm Z height, 2 walls, 0% infill, 4 top and bottom layers, using draft Cura mode in 4.8. Only tweaks are temp is 235C and bed is 50C. Printed at 60mms, first layer 20mms with a raft , I print on PEI flexi sheet and this always works well for PETG that is more fussy than PLA for bed adhesion. Perfect print filament wise, flaws in the model are as I have no infill the boot toes print on air, and I need to set the fan speed up from 60% I use for PLA on my CoreXY so the fingers droop, not the filament problem, a setting error on my part. Nice tight lines and great later adhesion. As this is PETG, it's strong, with just two walls I can apply a load of pressure end to end and it takes it, if this had infill it would survive until the next ice age. Great filament, with rich colour in only 2 walls is is one solid yellow piece. Zoomed into a couple of areas to check layers, they neat and details all good for .3 layer height, curves all good.

Great PETG
Prints well (Flash forge 5m), very strong. Great colour too - clear blue plastic makes me feel like I'm back in the 90's with my gameboy colour! 😅

Dry the filament before printing
While I have been printing for many years with a variety of different pla materials I haven't had much experience with petg so not sure how this compares.Firstly this material crackled and popped like crazy when I first tried to print it. Was nicely vacuum packed but based on the serial no. It looks like this was produced in 2020. Put it in the oven at 65c for 6hrs and now prints great.I'm using a 0.6mm spider 3 hotend with a bowden tube on a cr10s pro v2.With tuning I'm printing at 230c with a bed temp of 70c with great layer adhesion and surface quality. Main problem I have found is that anything more than 2mm retraction it sucks in air into the nozzle creating imperfections in the surface. Retraction turned off the imperfections disappear but stringing is an issue. 2mm is what I print with as surface finish is more important and can easily remove the minor stringing. The red trans is what I have been using, and gives a nice transparency glossy finish.

Super quality as usual
I have come to depend on the Eryone brand for all those jobs where I want reliability and value for money. This filament is just what I needed for my project. Smooth prints in a jet black filament with no difficulties when it came to printing.

Zero issues with this ERYONE PETG filament.
The media could not be loaded. I've used plenty of ERYONE PLA in the past, but this is the first time I have tried their PETG. The filament arrived vacuum packed in a resealable bag and was neatly wound on the cardboard spool. I used this to print some cookie cutters using generic PETG settings and it worked flawlessly, zero issues at all as shown in the video. The finished parts are slightly glossy and look great, I'm happy to recommend.

If you like stringing, low bed adhesion and high warping then this is the filament for you!
I've used Eryone black PETG and had no problems printing with it. Then I purchased the white PETG and it's useless. I've had around thirty failed prints so far due to warping, crap bed adhesion and stringing galore. I spent a week recalibrating my firmware and printer setup to fine tune retraction and PID settings to get to 70% of a successful print but no further before the part detaches from the bed. I generally prefer PETG as an easier to print alternative to ABS or Nylon, but this PETG is turning out harder to print with than either. I think the issues might have something to do with the waxy consistency that reminds me of PTFE as it certainly has the same adhesion characteristics. I can't recommend this filament any less and would give it a zero star rating if that was possible.UPDATE - I struggled with this filament for weeks, adjusting printer and slicer to try and get a decent print. On my latest best setup I removed this filament and dropped in role of Black Flashforge brand PETG and it printed the same model perfectly which tells me it's definitely this filament at fault. AVOID like the plague!UPDATE 2 - Like an idiot I bought Glitter Black because it was on offer. The spool was broken and came in an unsealed plastic bag in a paper bag and not in the original box. It looked like someone had been playing football with it and was definitively a used item. I stuck it in my dehumidifier for a day and glued the reel back together and tried printing with it. It wouldn't stick to my PEI bed no matter what settings I used. Eventually the reel jammed due to being tangled beyond the ability to re-spool it without fully unwinding the entire spool, so I requested a refund. So it looks like the issues with this filament are not limited to a single colour, but effect the entire range. Eryone have lost a customer!

Clean printing and solid
Been tempted to print a feeder for my reef tank that will defrost frozen food into the tank…had great experience with Eryone before so thought I’d try PETG. Have struggled at times in the past with Petg - stringing and adhesion. This filament stuck VERY well to the bed!! Very silky finish and prints well…some slight stringing but have managed to sort it. Printed at 230°, tree supports came off easily. Think I’ll try a floating coral frag shelf next 🐠🪸

Le rendu est parfait
The media could not be loaded.
