Great box!
I wanted a quartz backsplash so I did not want it full of cutouts for the electrical. My daughter used these to put the outlets under her cabinets and I had my electrician do the same. They hide right next to my Nader cabinet lights and are perfect!

Great under cabinet
Remodeled kitchen and wanted no outlets in backsplash. These require some pre-planning, but went in with a little work. Note that you have to drill through cabinet bottom to install these. You cannot just use wood screws. Means you have to align the included template correctly. These will NOT hold a GFCI. They make another model for that. These will hold two sets of 12-2 wire, but that is it. You will have to mess around to get wires tucked away so cover can be screwed on. They do stick down about 3/8 or an inch from bottom of cabinet but are pretty much un-noticeable .

The only reason for the 4-star is because of price. Functionality is 5-star in my opinion.
I bought it for the design. It works great for under the cabinet or counter receptacles. This price is a little stiff though. I guess that's what you get when it's the only thing on the market like it. (That I found anyway)It's not easy to install per say (especially if you are having to combine 2 - 12/2 wires in it) but to get the aesthetic, it can't afford to give up much room. I would not give it a negative rating for ease to install. Giving what you want it to do, it won't be that easy. I didn't want visible outlets in the backsplash, and it definitely accomplished that.It comes either slim ($38) or big enough to get a GFCI outlet in it ($48). I went with a few of the bigger ones because I put outlets with USB in them to be able to charge phones (Or whatever) on the counter. Those need the same room as a GFCI in box.Overall, I really like the product... I just think its way overpriced.

Perfect Under Cabinet
Great item for installing receptacles under cabinet, keeps wires neat out of the way and the best feature is that if your adding a back splash, your not dealing with a receptacle offer few feet. Nice heavy duty metal and easy to work with.

Great product
These are a great, high quality product. My wife wanted under cabinet outlets in our new kitchen and I really couldn't find a good option out there. There are the legrand plugmold strips but the reviews aren't great for those and I wanted something with an angle to it. I bought the slim fit version and I was able to fit a Leviton GFCI outlet in one of them (which then cascaded to the others. I won't lie ... getting everything wired into the box while working upside down under the cabinet, along with drilling a minimal hole in the drywall to pull wire through was quite the chore. Probably took 10x longer than doing regular wall outlets using old-work boxes. The cost is obviously significantly higher than standard wall outlets. But the product is solid and we're happy with the results. I've attached a few photos of the product alongside my setup for under-cabinet lighting.

Smart move- extremely unobtrusive. Brushed stainless steel finish neatly reflects your backsplash
A bit on the expensive side but extremely good quality. We just installed a full height, exotic granite backsplash. We bought the polished stainless steel finish in these. Initially, my plan was to not have a single outlet or switch box on our granite backsplash. We wanted the outlets hidden so that you couldn't see anything. Now that these are installed, the only way you can see them is to get under the cabinet to look. If you're sitting at a table across the way and can see the boxes under the cabinets- they reflect the granite so well they become almost invisible. They are so it's unobtrusive it's unbelievable. My electrician said they were an absolute breeze to install. One word of caution, be sure to get the larger boxes that accommodate GFI if that's the direction you're going in. My decision was to install GFI breakers in the basement instead of going with the larger box.I can't say enough good about this product. My electrician of 20+ years was as impressed as I was. The electrical inspector suggested that he will probably be considering this product line in his retail outlet.

Almost good
These need work and are over priced. Under cabnet above the counter is where they are installed. 12 gauge wire for kitchen, 20 amp circuits. There is some difficulty stuffing a slim GFCI receptacle onto those boxes. You really need to mold the wire around the receptacle. As one person already stated, and backed up with a photo the hinge of the cover will break off. I received four or so boxes and found two with the hinge already broken. Luckily the retaining screws hold the cover on. All and all close but not quite. Good for non GFCI receptical.
