I give it a 3 because when I opened the box three of the kits were opened and all over the box, but luckily nothing was spilled

Quality build. No defective products. Mouthgaurd was easy to mold. Only had 3 tooth pain jolts, but I was expecting that since I know I have sensitive teeth. Didn't burn gums. Will try q-tip method next.
