Product came in a box that did not survive the trip from China. But the quality of the fabric and the sturdiness of the frame kept the couch intact. I reached out because there were a few pieces missing from the box and the company was willing to work with me to resolve my issues.I do wish the arms rests were held on by more than 2 screws. You cannot lean up against them. However in it's bed form it is fairly comfy and sturdy. In it's couch form, you may want to get a couple of seat cushions or pillows. I also bought a topper for the bed for added comfort.For the price it's a good deal if you are looking for something simple and easy to put together. This is great for converting a room into a guest room if there isn't a lot of space and in it's couch form it will get minimal use.

Smaller then I thought it would be. But it works great for kids.

Easy to setup but the sofa is a bit firm in my opinion. Overall its okay

We have been happy with this product so far. Big & sturdy enough for teenage boys.
