Used before. Love it.

Used on a sore foot or a wound of any kind really, you just can't beat this foam Biatain not stick 4X4 foam pad. In my situation it's much better than the gel type shoe inserts because at some point the gel will only compress so much. These being so thin taking into consideration it's foam, I guess they're about an 1/8th of an inch thick it almost feels like it's not there. The only problem with a pad though is that you have to wrap it with a gauze roll to keep it from slipping around and in place. But then again if you're using these then your probably already using the gauze so it's no big deal.

This is the dressing the wound care center used on my mother's sore heel. It provides protection and is nonstick. Expensive, but can be cut to size.

Although expensive this stuff is really needed for a wound that is healing. This was cheaper than if I had gotten it though my insurance coverage (only had 50% coverage).

Just great, did not stick or present any problems. Kinda pricey thought medical supplies often are.
