Wow! Supple and supportive on my Trek Slash
Its definitely worth the money. The biggest investment with the MegNeg air can is your time in fine tuning. I used it first on the Rockshox Deluxe ReActive shock that was original to my 2019 Trek Slash and it really really helped! Then I upgraded the shock to a new used SuperDeluxe RCT and holly Hellen it has to be close to what the pros are riding. Granted Ive become more and more interested and knowledgeable when it comes to MTB suspension tuning so I enjoyed spending the time to set it up. I like to go as fast as possible through chunky rock gardens and technical terrain so I like a soft and poppy feel so I can float like a butterfly and sting like a bee. So I don't want to have to run volume spacers if possible but I want a progressive spring rate and the big negative air chamber allows me to do that. Its soft and supple off the top for the chatter which allows for more small bump sensitivity and traction yet its supportive so I have something to push off of when pumping through the terrain. This support also translates into less wasted momentum and more propulsion in flat turns and especially berms and G outs. Be ready for the added support in G outs. At first even with it dialed in it may seem harsh in G outs but rather than that energy being absorbed by nearly all of your travel the MegNeg will offer so much more support that you'll get a huge burst of speed forward. Another notable improvement that I have a ton of appreciation for is its added support while hitting jumps! No matter my body position I used to get the most unpredictable bucking sensation without this upgrade. Now that the shocks supportive my bikes not sinking down in its travel as far as im headed off of a lip of a jump then getting bucked off the top. Its really just better in every way, for my style of riding. Im 6,1 180LBS slaying trails on a 2019 Trek Slash 8, MegNeg is on a RS SD RCT- CURRENTLY- running 0 tokens, 1 band, 220 psi at 30% sag, FOX 36 Performance Elite 0 Tokens 70psi at 20% sag. Por menos de 65€ un amoritguador nuevo, es genial! Sustituí la cámara del RS Super Deluxe ultimate de una Nomad y vaya cambio. Cámara negativa más grande para mayor sensibilidad en el primer tramo y eliminar los tokens que usaba para el último tramo del recorrido. Con 2 bandas en la negativa y 0 Tokens me va de lujo!

Game changer on my Intense Carbine!! Why did I not buy one earlier?!
WOW WOW WOW!!!I added the megneg to my 2018 Intense Carbine Elite, and it has totally changed the feel of the bike.It now feels SUPER supple (almost like I am running 10psi in the tyres), noticeably better mid-stroke support, and now I don't bottom out... Just win win win!!!With the more supple initial stroke, it does mean that you need to use the climb switch on the steep stuff, but it also means that switch is WAY more affective/noticeable.My riding weight is 100kgs/220lbs and I am using 2 rubber bands, with no tokens.
