**Update**Customer service is amazing! Had the issue listed below, and the company rushed me a new jacket for my wife. The new jacket seems to be sewn better on every stitch as well as the jacket heats up better than the other one as well, so perhaps we just had a fluke of a bad jacket the first time around.Point is, the company takes care of it's customers. Hopefully the jacket will last more than 2 months of central Wisconsin cold...Bought the jacket for my wife for Christmas, within 2 months the button to turn the heat on and off comes completely undone (poor sewing) and the button falls inside the jacket...Jacket works s intended, but the craftsmanship is little to be desired.Now the heated jacket has a button that you must find before turning on... Would have been a 5 star rating if not for the stitch to come undone on the button. Try to figure out how to complain to the company, I guess I'll just wait for a response to this... will update the rating if the company comes through to rectify the situation... otherwise, spend extra money on quality.

This is a great winter jacket. We just moved to a place that it shows. The inside part comes out and will keep you warm before the snow comes. It heats up well. The charging block is easy to charge and has it's own pocket. The full jacket is extremely warm and comfortable for the snow. It looks great. I highly reccomend.

My husband and I purchased this for my mother-in-law for Christmas. She had been wanting one for a very long time. We researched a plethora of brands and options before deciding thid was the one. To simply state that she LOVES it would be the understatement of a century. It is one of her most beloved items. I tried it on myself and fell for it immediately. Due to size difference, (I'm extremely petite), I will be ordering a different color for myself. She went with the beautiful bright blue, I'm more of a charcoal fan. I will also be ordering for my own mother and father, husband, teenage son, etc. And have been searching to see if this conpanh offers children's options. I would love to acquire some for my younger children. If anyone knows whether those sizes are feasible, please let me know. Thank you in advance. You cannot go wrong with this coat. My wife loves this jacket. She wears the inner heated fleece under her heavy jacket during the cold Alaskan winter months. It has worked great so far. Only issue is that after 2 months of wearing it, the USB connection to the battery pack has developed alot of play, (wiggling), enough that the jacket is turning itself off. I have emailed the vendor to see if there is anything they are willing to do. The vendor has sent us a new battery pack to solve the issue. I highly recommend this item and the vendor!

I really like the jacket but the battery isn’t worth much. I started using my own heavy duty battery pack so that I could get more time with the heat of the jacket. You have to unplug the battery or it will drain after you turn the power off on the jacket. The battery takes a long time to charge. Leaving work at night I would try to turn the jacket on and the battery would be completely drained. The jacket works great with my other battery pack. I honestly love the jacket. It’s comfortable and easy to take apart to use half of it if it’s not too cold.

The first jacket kept turning off with in 30 minute and then you would have to unplug the battery and plug it back in to get the jacket to restart. We returned that jacket and received a second jacket and we could not get it to turn on at all. We have return that jacket and the third one is on its way. If this one does not work we will return it for a refund and give up.

I love this jacket because I get to choose if I want to wear the rain coat or not. It is also really good for layering. If you wear a thin layer under the jacket, you will definitely feel the warmth! Also the battery pack is not too heavy to walk around with. I like how the power light is on the inside of the jacket, so I don't feel like I'm flashing people with my light as I walk by them. Last perk is there are also lots of hidden pockets for me to put all of my stuff! No need to deal with a purse :)
