Doesn't hold stylus
Looks great, feels great to the touch, but comes with one weird oversight - one that even I overlooked while ordering it - it cannot hold your stylus. That is a huge drawback for me personally since now I have to find a way to carry the stylus around in another holster or something. But if you're not using one, go ahead.

Wrong specifications
The cover meant for ipad 10.2 inch is around 3.5X heavy than what is mentioned on the Amazon Web site. The weight mentioned on Amazon is 80gm. wareas the actual weight is 292 gm. Amazon should have verified the specs before uploading on their website. The product is otherwise of average quality.
