I got close to the advertised 12 hours of use out of one charge, and the charging time is accurate as well. The charger works just fine although the display is a little clunky and it's hard to tell if the batteries are fully charge or not.The thing is, after using these battery packs for a few weeks, I decided to try a couple Eneloop Pro's which are the same mAh as these packs. I got around 20 hours of use out of one pair.So I can't fault these packs since they do exactly what they say which is the reason for the 4/5 stars, but if you're looking for maximum battery life, try Eneloops instead. I use the Pro's but have read that the normal Eneloops perform identically when used in the xbox controllers and they're slightly cheaper than the Pro's.

I really like the graphic Display to show how much of the battery has charged.The batteries that come with this, don't hold a charge for long. I have batteries from another charger set, and they last about 4 more hours of play time, compared to the batteries with this unit. Plus when my Xbox says the battery is low in my controller, these batteries will die within 30 seconds to a minute later. Where as my other batteries will last another 4 to 5 minutes before totally dying.. I got this, because I lost the cable to my other charger, and I'm happy with my purchase. This charger is great, just the batteries that come with it are just okay...

Every thing works great love the digital read out. Should be ur first option to buy. Seems if i leave any battery in the xbox controller it dies when not being used but these last for ever being used i think the cintroller is just defective once after about a hour the batteries died.

I love the charger, the batteries are much lighter which is a good thing. I don't like that my old batteries tend to out perform the newer batteries with a higher capacity. I get a few more hours out of my older heavier 2000 mah vs the newer 2xxx. Sometimes I associate heavy with quality in this case it seems to be true. I like the digital display it's so much better than looking at a red light waiting for it to turn green. I wish there was a USB c model for faster charging.

Product is easy to use and has a long battery life! I’m a streamer and play for many hours a day and have to say that these battery packs last a good amount of time. Easy to install and the charging base is easy to read and understand. The reason for 4 star is that you have to be aware of battery orientation when installing in controller or charging base. Batteries don’t have markings to identify orientation. That’s my only complaint. Would definitely recommend!!

The batteries last a long time per charge. We only have 1 controller, so it works out well to have 2 batteries so we can always have a fully charged one on hand. I like the display on the charger which shows the charge amount. Will definitely buy again when we decide to get another controller.

charged them for 2 hours, put them in my controller, and seems to be working quite well. been using it for about 3 hours of game play and have not died... so thats a thing, right??

I love these batteries and the charger. The batteries last almost the full 12-15 hours and the charge time is at about 2 hours for me. I like it so much after I got one for my son that I got my own and another one for my other son. One question tho... why make the screen blue? It’s for an Xbox, it should be green!! Lol!!

These worked well for 2 months but now neither battery work in my controller. At exactly the same time, both batteries say they are fully charged but neither will even turn my remote on. Very disappointed.

Akkudauer war für mich viel zu kurz (knapp über 4h). Gerät ging daher zurück. Habe mir nun doch den original Akku von Microsoft gekauft. Die Akkuladung hält dort deutlich länger als hier.
