Fantastic Product!
This video series is FANTASTIC!!! I was skeptical about whether a video presentation could cover topics as well as a book but took a chance and ordered this product anyway. First let me say that this video trainer is MORE comprehensive than most books that I have. Kirt starts off with the basics to get a new user started and as you progress through the topics he gets as advanced as you care to go. Also, there is a table of contents that allows you to jump straight to what you want to learn. However, I recommend watching some of the basics. I considered myself to be knowledgeable about Microsoft Office products including Word. But after several minutes of watching the video trainer (even on the basic topics) I realized that there were much more efficient ways to accomplish many of the tasks that I had been performing for years. What I really love about this product is that Kirt shows you several ways to accomplish the same task. In many of the books that I have, one example is used with one static screen shot, and if something doesn't work exactly as displayed in the example, you are left wondering what to do next. Kirt is great about giving you a full description of how to accomplish each task and then showing you several different approaches so that you can decide which one is best for you. So you understand how to accomplish the task instead of just following a list of steps that may leave you lost if something goes wrong. I am very satisfied with the product and I hope that Kirt continues to produce the series as new Office products come out.

Dream Force's Video Trainer is an excellent product for anyone who would like to learn Word 2010 at his/her own pace. The videos contain very detailed instructions and explanations, and there is an exhaustive index of topics, which is a real time-saver as you can directly go to the topics you would like to learn. There are quizzes too so you can test your knowledge right after watching the videos!As a paralegal, I have to use Microsoft Office, especially Word 2010, to prepare documents all the time at work. Originally, I was looking for some classes I could take in order to polish my Microsoft Office skills but they were either too expensive or conflicted with my schedule. After I purchased this video trainer, I could learn whenever I have time and at the comfort of my own home. Compared to an actual class where I might worry about falling behind,this DVD got rid of my worries as I could repeat the videos as many times as I want and the most rewarding part is that I did find my productivity at work increased! I highly recommend this product as it is highly informative and practical. This DVD is worth every penny!

Reasonably priced way to learn MS Office
I recently purchased three of these videos (Access 2010, Word 2010, and Excel 2010), and have found them to be very informative, user-friendly, and helpful. The cost is a fraction of what you would pay to take a class at a college, and you can keep the videos as a refresher for whenever your skills get rusty. Highly recommended.
