They are wonderful for dancing in sneakers or if you have to dance on a rug.

I take zumba classes six days a week! This is great for shoes👌 and easy to clean! Don’t forget to take it off after dancing!

It works pretty good, be careful when first put them on, they slide pretty well so when on hardwood floor, need to be extra careful before getting use to them.

These really do work however please be careful because they can be very slippery! I used them for Zumba and I was afraid of falling. Maybe these are for experienced dancers?
