YS Bee Farms Pure Premium Wildflower Honey - 16oz

This is such good honey! Truly delicious wild flower taste. I keep it on my kitchen table ready to sweeten a nice cup of hot tea, or to spread on crisp toast. Truly a wonderful sweetener for many uses, and this company produces a fine product. I'm glad it it available on Amazon, as it is not available in our local stores.Producing honey is not an easy task. I just watched a movie titled ULee's Gold, based on a story of a beekeeper. It was informative to see how the honey is gathered, where the hives are placed and when the honey is taken from the hives...The process of extracting that liquid gold is so important to protecting the taste. Just a note about honey, because I understand our bee population is now at risk..They are valuable little workers...

I was never really a honey person and have not really used since I was a child. I have been doing a lot of diet reconstruction for lack of a better word. I keep reading about the benefits of honey, so I decided to buy to help cut down on the sugar. It is hard to give a comparison. This is good. It taste like honey. Not much more to say.

This is a great, flavorful honey. It has been filtered, but it still has the wildflower flavor. And it flows extremely well. I normally use the YS brand unfiltered organic honey when I need something spreadable, but for tea or adding a dash of sweetness when cooking i'll normally choose the easy to pour wildflower honey.

I love the taste of this honey. I alternate it with clover honey. I hardly ever use syrup on pancakes, French toast etc. I use honey. It's great on biscuits too. I'll reorder when I need to.

The honey has a good flavor and aroma. Just right for my fruit teas. And I like the bottle with the dripless cap; so easy and not messy. I recommend this brand.

It has excellent flavor but thought the price was a little high

I HATE bait and switch or misleading marketing tactics and that is what has been done here IMO. The title for the honey lists it as YS Organic Farms wildflower honey. I bought it because of that, thinking it was Organic yet when it arrived, nowhere on the label does it say it's Organic and it also does NOT list the name of the farm as being YS ORGANIC BEE FARMS! So, why on GODS green Earth it is listed that way on AMAZON, is beyond me, BOOOOOO, & shame on you! I will not be buying again, I am trying to only eat organic after hearing the horror stories on what's being done to non organic food.
