I am giving my very honest review. To those who do not care so much about quality and "lead-free" products, please ignore my comments.Due to serious health concern, I was looking for lead-free coffee mugs and found those adorable & fancy mugs. Not only was I attracted to the design and colors, the high rating also made the mugs my first choice. However, I was quite disappointed when I received the products. I want to believe that those mugs are made with "lead-free" material but I am not convinced. Besides, there are some quality issues (see pictures)1.Most reliable products have "trademark" printed at the bottom. However, those mugs have nothing to show. 2.The color is not evenly distributed, especially around the rim of the mugs. 3. There is a visible ceramic seam protruding on the outside of the yellow mug. You can feel the seam of the surface. 4. There is an orange dot inside the two-tone (orange and yellow) mug.To update some news. The customer service team contacted me right after I posted my review. They offered to replace all the products for free and attached a lead-free certificate in Chinese.

First of all the advertisement shows 4 cups for $12.99 but u only get one. Then the advertisement says microwave safe and same for the dishwasher. But usually on the bottom of the cup it does say the same. But no this cup. To me it looks like some ceramic cup.. Seeing is believing. My bad--I should have checked this company out further. I want to know why they don't print on the cup what they say on the internet. Plus you show a set of 4 and only send 1? Hello I hope to hear from this company soon. Used this to stencil it as a gift. My friend said this is her favorite mug and it is so cute in real life. I would Love to make more with this style mug!

I agree with the other reviewers, this was more of a pastel purple than a vibrant purple. That aside, this mug is beautiful! My unsuspected favorite part is that the base is wider than the top, so it very solidly sits on my desk with a slim chance of being knocked over. (Nobody wants a repeat of coffee in their keyboard..) It reheats great, and is quickly becoming my favorite mug!

Very happy with purchase, I ordered for part of a mothers day gift along with a few little things to put inside it, I was bummed when I saw that most of the items including this mug was updated to deliver after mothers day after I ordered it. Luckily the mug showed up a day early which was awesome, the other little gifts (from different sellers) did not make it in time. I was able to figure something else out, but either way, my mom loved the mug. It is deceptively big... My mom is an avid tea drinker and uses a bigger mug than most you see, I didnt have any idea what a certain number of oz looks like in terms of the mug she already used, so I picked one with a higher oz number than most of the ones I saw... I wanted something microwavable, able to hold a big cup of tea, and a material that can retain the heat well. So far shes used it a bunch of times and has nothing but compliments, that could be because Im her son, but still, I like the mug. When I received it, like I said it looked deceptively small I was worried it wasnt going to hold enough, I even mentioned that when giving it to her, she tested out her two other main mugs that are both taller and look larger than this one, one of them holds quite a bit less than this mug, and the other one only holds about a sip more than this one... Its pretty nice because you can hand wash it easily without having to try and reach inside some narrow deep cup, I like the colors and the feel. The price was right and the seller was awesome. I would definitely recommend this product and seller, and will be purchasing more items in the future from them.Thank you

I bought all four colors in this line. The mugs are amazing, best purchase I’ve made in the last several years. The mugs are sturdy, very easy to hold and make the perfect gift. Feels great to hold, hot beverage remains hot for longer than any other mugs. Colors are beautiful and there larger mugs 15oz but are not big or bulky at all, I’m gonna order myself more and also use them for gifts either in sets or individually packed with goodies. I’m hoping this company comes out with a line of dishes! Definitely worth the price when you look for quality. Highly recommended ❤️

I like the mug a lot. I researched everywhere before I decided on this one. The only downside is that the same mug went on sale right after I got it. It is a really pretty mug and very good to use - perfect size for my morning coffee. I actually purchased another one to average my purchase price. To be honest at the time when I was shopping for mug (I had so many mugs before but donated them all when I stayed at home and wanted to simplify life; then I broke the one bone china I was using daily), I also bought another one at Amazon for 1/2 the price and one at Target for 1/3 the price. The one at Target was only $3 and a good size but it is pure white and therefore loses out on the prettiness.

I needed something smaller than my 20 oz mugs. I love them, but sometimes you need something lighter. I was a bit unsure of this mug on ordering, but I am very happy with what arrived. This is a very well made product, super stable, and the colors are a bit more muted (a plus for me!) than the photos and it feels great in the hand. Absolutely going to get more of these in the future. Very highly recommended.
