ColorProof SuperRich Moisture Conditioner to Hydrate and Treat Damaged Hair

Way too expensive first off, but even worse of a purchase considering how horrible this made my hair feel and look. After one use, my hair was like straw. I felt ugly and my hair looked awful. My hair had the worst texture, oily residue and yet drier than a desert. It seemed drier after use than before! And the scent? Weird, like minty but other scents too. I'm miserable at wasting money on this but my relative said her stylist recommends this brand and specifically this item for my hair colored, dry hair. Beware. My hair is so strawlike. At this point I'm better off using Pantene! At least it smells good and is way cheaper.

I've used the Color Proof Shampoo for years and wouldn't use anything else. It is super rich and a tiny bit cleans so well! I tried the Color Proof Conditioner because I bought the pair as a set. One use was enough for me. The Aquage Moisturizing Conditioner I've been using with the Color Proof Shampoo over the past few years works so much better. Try the Aquage.

This did not condition my hair at all. You're only supposed to leave it in your hair for 60 seconds. I have to run a wide tooth comb through my hair while I'm in the shower to get the tangles out and it took longer than 60 second to do that. It's not moisturizing or a good detangler at all. I find Matrix Moisture Me Rich to be so much better and at more than half the price.

This conditioner in general works ok in terms keeping my hair smooth and giving them a nice shine.The problem is that it takes A LOT to lather it all over my hair and achieve the desired effect. Ie. I had to use almost double the amount I'd normally use from other salon-grade conditioner. Given that it's already significantly more expensive than most other salon-grade conditioner, it just makes this conditioner way far less affordable when it doesn't necessarily perform better.Will not buy again.

Love this product! It leaves your hair looking and feeling feeling silky and smelling great (peppermint scented) and also helps control frizz. It rinses out quicker than regular conditioner and if you have long hair like I do, you'll be happy to know that it makes your hair easier to comb out because it helps decrease tangles and knots!I've been using this for 2 years and was purchasing it at my Salon for TWICE the price! Was happy to find it on Amazon for so much less. Would highly recommend this (and the shampoo that goes with it!) because it leaves your hair HEALTHY!

I can’t use this conditioner anymore because the toxic smell of it literally burns my nose. I’m wondering if I got a bad batch of it somehow? The shampoo I bought from the salon after getting highlights. I bought the conditioner online and wish I could get a refund because it is sitting unused after I kept trying to use it a half dozen times thinking the chemical smell would diminish or I’d get used to it.

I love this product. It moisturizes you’re hair and it’s quite the “mint experience.” It leaves your head feeling nice and cool from the eucalyptus in it. I use it at least twice a week since my hair is on the dry side. I gave it a 4 star because the price was high here. It can be ordered from stores at a lower price so I would not purchase here again.

I had my reservations about this conditioner being the real deal because I have purchased it for a year for 60$ from my salon. When I found it on Amazon I was skepticle about the price. I called Amazon and asked if I received a "fake" or something of low quality- could I return it. Amazon assured me that I could. It arrived quickly. I opened it up, smelled it, compared it with the one I had been using from the salon. I washed my hair with it, paying attention to the texture and how it conditioned. It is the real thing. I am happy with my purchase and will buy it again. I will review it again if the quality is ever off in the future!
