The products that was actually to be used for cocktails (shaker, higher, pourer) were awesome but the base was terrible. There were scratches all over the base, I got it replaced. When the replacement came, it was cracked solid in 3 places; it was worse than the first one. There’s only one replacement allowed, so had to return it altogether. I really liked the steel products but without a good base, it was useless. I wouldn’t suggest this if it involves so many hassles.

No quality check is done by Amazon.? Edges of the wooden box is pathetic.. scratches can be seen clearly all over the joints . The product Failed itself for the purpose of display counter. Amazon has delivered a rejected piece . Not value for money.. I do not know how to place return coz the product is already gifted as received by courier and these hopeless pics were sent and the delivery place has changed.

I got this replaced thinking that the second time they will check and then send the items. The shaker lid still can't be opened. It is closed too tightly to get opened by a normal human being. I have already ordered it twice and both the times it was the same issue. So, I'm disappointed with this product.

Bad quality wooden stand. Received a broken product today. Stand broken from both the sides. The packaging is pathetic too. Initiated a return request immediately.

I cant open my shaker otherwise it’s all good i need to return my shaker asap

The photos in the product show a more polished and fine product than what i received. The wooden part has a raw finish to it, and even the holding holes are not cut properly. Quite disappointed.

The wooden holder is very bad quality abd overall there were scratches too
