This tea has become part of our nightly routine before bed and we absolutely love this relaxy tea. It really does mellow us out after work and helps us fall asleep. I notice the effects of the calmness all day the next day even. When we have a really stressful day or moment, we have a cup of tea and it works. I've been dealing with a lot of anxiety lately and this tea has made a huge difference in managing the turmoil. It's really good iced as well!

This is one of my favorites. I drink a variety of tea, several cups a day when it's cold. This one a friend gave to me during a family crisis and I fell in love with it. It tastes delicious--a little bit of red, it has a flowery kind of taste--and it does what it says. After drinking a cup of this tea I really do feel more relaxed. I like to drink it at the end of a long day and then i feel nice and sleepy.

This product was recommended by someone on a lifestyle program that I participate in. It was touted for its relaxation properties prior to sleep. Unfortunately, the taste was unpalatable and as far as relaxation, it did not work for me. I usually like this brand, but this flavor didn’t work for me.

I love this tea so much. This brand is just amazing. I usually do not get very excited for tea unless it comes not in a bag. This has helped me relax through the day and at night I take it an hour before sleeping. As an insomnia I can tell you it really helps me a lot. The taste is delicious too. It really is cheaper ordering from the manufacturer. I get twice the tea for the same price.

This is my favorite nightly tea! Wonderfully aromatic & relaxing. Plus the benefits of rooibos working all night.

This tea just arrived to my apartment and its expired, it was overpriced and it says I can't return because its food.
