We've been running this controller 24x7 for 3 years and it performs flawlessly. We never turn it off, just turn the screens on or off, and this never misses a beat. We've had many compliments on the video wall from visitors.There's a myriad of options for what inputs go to which outputs, or which screens they display on. Figuring out how to change the options using either the front panel, remote, or through a web browser is the biggest challenge.Support has been extremely helpful both times we've needed them.

Unit died and has no power after 6 months usage. Seller send an advance replacement for it which I have to lay out $3000 for, but never refund my CC after the defective unit was delivered back to them and didn't respond or replied any of my messages. What kind of business practice is this???

Excellent controller. Does everything you could ever want, including bezel correction that actually works! Called tech support for new firmware they were awesome to work and very knowledgeable, in today's world that's one huge thing that sets these guys apart!!!

I waited a few months to write a review to see how this product performed. Easy setup. The matrix has been running non stop for 5 months with no issues. Driving a BARCO 3x3 wall with the controller 40 feet away. The unit has no flickering or delays even at this distance over HDMI. Remote could be more substantial.

Amazing product, clean and easy UI took me 10 minutes to set up and program 6 presets. the image is flawless even pushing 4k to all 9 screens. processor is very quiet so can be installed in any location. Defenetly recomend to anyone looking for an awesome video wall
