I love the sounds this harmony ball makes and my little girl seems to be enjoying the sounds it provides from the outside world! I was concerned that the clasp that keeps the ball inside the cage might not be sufficient but so far it's been fine. The CLASPS I SHOULD HAVE BEEN CONCERNED ABOUT are the ones on the two cords that come with the ball to hang it around my neck. One of the metal parts that is SUPPOSED to hold on to the cord securely at each end on BOTH CORDS detached from the cords the first time I wore each one! I would recommend the ball but NOT the cords as they are currently manufactured! If not for the metal parts coming off, I would have given this item at least four; likely FIVE STARS!I'd like to UPDATE my review...Eudora contacted me via email and offered to exchange the cord with either another cord or a beautiful silver coated copper chain which I selected. It came in a matter of a very few days and is absolutely stunning! It has made all the difference in the world! I am COMPLETELY HAPPY with my purchase, now! The CUSTOMER SERVICE of this company is PHENOMENAL! I had no idea that by them just reading my review that they would make this purchase a 5 star purchase for me! I really SHOULD HAVE contacted them before posting my first review. They did everything they could to make me happy...even though I went about it the wrong way...and I am grateful for that! I'm only leaving the unkind review to show exactly what the first review was and to show that not only was I too quick to condemn, but to show that this company CARES ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS and the RELATIONSHIP they have with them!

These are beautiful with a delicate sound. I ordered 20 and the cord clasp did great on most of them but took a little “loosening up” on some.

I’ve been on the fence about getting one of these for a while but I am glad I did. It seems well made and is decent quality for the price. The bell is subtle but you can definitely still hear it and it comes with 2 different cords. I’m using the longer of the two cords now (in the photo) because I’m 25 weeks pregnant and I wanted to make sure the bell reached the baby. The cord is very nice as well and it feels like leather. I’m happy I finally purchased this!

Very beautiful piece. Great quality, the sphere is heavy with a latch that seems very secure. I received 2 black chains with it, both very long. I ended up knotting the shorter one in the back to bring it to a length I am happy with until I get a new one. Very happy with this, I removed the ball and put a crystal inside of the sphere.

Love everything about this; the look, the weight, the design and the soothing little chime it makes has done wonders for my anxiety.

I love it but it does not open and I thought I could change the color of the harmony ball inside. It appears to be soldered closed, so I am disappointed in that.

This is a beautiful piece. I was worried it might look cheap, but it is gorgeous and well-made, and the ball inside emits a soft, pleasant chime that is sweet and not too loud - exactly what I hoped for.
