It has a zip on the inside of the legs (from ankle to ankle), sewn in such a way that the patient cannot open it and manipulate the soakers; however, the auxiliary staff can easily change the soaker without removing the pyjamas. It is also indicated to protect the skin of patients who self-harm by scratching.
