I am a very large person and have had trouble finding panties that fit comfortably without either rolling down my belly in front, not coming up over my belly, or having big gaps at the legs. I ordered a size (or two depending on the garment!) larger than normal based on other reviews about them running small. I’m so glad I did! They fit so comfortably and come up over my belly without being uncomfortably tight. I just ordered three more packs! I don’t have periods any more but do have little leaks once in a while. These seem to handle that fine. I also like the material…it feels like it is breathable…much better than the nylon panties I bought years ago. Much healthier. They survived the first wash no problem and seem like they are durable. Only complaint is I wish they offered more cute patterns like the roses!

I wanted period panties so I bought a pack of disposable ones from the store and they turned out to be just giant pull ups but I used them and found out either way they're way better than pads, tampons, or cups despite hating feeling like I was wearing a diaper and how much bulk they added to me. After I ran out I looked on Amazon for actual period panties and decided to try these, OMG. So comfy, they look and feel like regular panties not bulky or anything even under pants, I was so skeptical because they don't FEEL like they'd do anything but they're awesome. No leaks, wore all day on my bartending shift with a pretty heavy flow and stayed dry and clean. I waited until I tested them overnight, and after going through the washer/dryer to leave a review, and still perfect! I bought a size up bc the other reviews say the belly band is tight and they fit great, my ONLY dislike is that the band around the belly is still tight enough to give me a muffin top but not tight enough to be uncomfortable. I'm still calling them a major win and I'm definitely buying another pack or two so I have enough for a full cycle. 10/10 recommend.***Not gonna be weird and add a picture, they look just as shown though 🤣***

I love the coverage in the back! They are not as stretchy as I would like, but they stay in place. There is a small elastic band at the top that is a bit uncomfortable and creates a line. These hit below the belly button and are just shy of pulling over my hips on the sides, so not the most flattering fit, but they are period panties. I would not categorize them as high waist; they are mid-waist. Perfect for light flow and tight pants since they don’t make a panty line at the bottom. Sometimes I wear medium but I ordered large and the fit is perfect.

I was very skeptical but wanted to try them out so I could know if this would be an option for when my preteen started. 100% would recommend & ordering more for myself. Work well for medium & light days.

If you experience overflow like never before every hour, these will keep you protected and secure. No leaks. I will invested in me more and comfortable and tre to size 10/10. Highly recommend.

Runs quite small but thankfully they fit. They're comfortable to wear - very much like swim bottoms - but they are NOT leakproof in the slightest.. I'm using them as a backup and thankfully I left the towel on my chair because they've been leaking all day. ):

I've been looking for some period underwear and I've tried a few but they ended up falling apart after a couple of wears. Decided to try these and they're amazing. Great quality! I did see people saying the band was tight so I ordered two sizes up and I'm glad I did; they fit great but I feel if I got my actual size they would have been tight. I do love the coverage and how it goes all the way up in the back. Most of the underwear I've tried doesn't go that high up and I often had issues with leaking but not these. I will be ordering more!

Not recommended at all. Worst quality.

Size didn't fit. No option to retun the useless product even if you don't want to refund or replace it. Waste of money. Be careful with choosing correct size. Size chart is incorrect.
