Luv the back side and use as a mirror. This is the second one I've had in 5 yrs. I replace it when I get the screen too scratched up. Never had to test this in water and don't plan too. Dropped my phone many times and durable case has protected it. Thinkin of ordering a back up even if I don't need it for a few yrs. This is a great price.

It's a great case for outdoor activities, one thing I've realized is it may be muffled during calls due to it being water-resistant, i also made the mistake of removing the sticker on the fingerprint area and now it does not work so well so beware of that but overall a good case will do what it was made for (PROTECTION)

I had a case like this one since 2019 for my note 10. It kept my phone in pristine condition. It broke after 5 years. I tried ordering 3 cases from different makers, all to have none fit. Very satisfied with this one. My phone looks new still!

The case got scratched up on the front screen very quickly with just normal use. It was hard to open the charger port in the beginning. I couldn't hear people on the phone because the case muffled a lot of the sound and when the phone was on speaker mode, I could hear better, but people couldn't hear me. I often sounded like I was far away from the phone and the case was kinda a pain to take off. The fingerprint reader required a sticker that stopped working within a month and when replaced, it still didn't allow me to unlock my phone so I ultimately had to switch back to my old case.

I am experiencing problems with this case. Unless I have the phone up to my ear, I cannot hear anyone. Which means I cannot use the speaker phone. The people on the other end of the call have extreme difficulty hearing me, which ever way I use the phone. I has been very frustrating to communicate while attempting to protect my phone. No worth the purchase. I would like to return the item and get a refund.
