Omobikes 1.0 Light weight Hybrid Cycle with Alloy Rims, Anti Rust Frame

I would like to thank the OMO team for coming up with such quality product that too in a very economical price. Initially I had some issues regarding assembling the cycle as i did not receive the Allen key for tightening the bolts but Mr Deepak personally contacted me and within a week the issue was resolved and I received a complimentary multi tool kit to assemble the bike. The customer care service is just Excellent.They always try to help in the best way possible and go an extra step ahead to help you.Whatever issues you are facing you can directly contact them and they will respond back immediately..I would encourage everyone who so ever is thinking of buying this bicycle...just blindly go for it...Trust me, you wont regret it.

I am rewriting this review after 7 months of use. In terms of weight of the cycle, the look and everything, the cycle is good. But the company has a lot of faulty parts.I) The rim broke off at the joint just like that one day. Have you ever expect the rim of the cycle to come off (see pic) without any accident. When contacted the customer care their simple answer is that "all moving parts carry only 30days warranty" . For a tyre I may agree. How can a rim break off without any reason. I have used fully rusted rims of old hero or Hercules without any issue for years. Just to make things attractive they have simply made a bad quality allow wheel ( with 30 days warranty).ii) Most of the screws are low quality. Especially the hex screws that come with the break which you adjust often went off in weeks. It's made of very bad metal that even a simply tightening will fade off the moulds.Though I can't complain about everything. Having one or two bad quality items spoils the entire cycle.Better go for a know brand even if you are spending slightly more or even the same amount.

Just Now received a call from OMO Cycles. Extremely Happy with their immediate response. They gave me the reason for the changed front mud guard and also gave the solution for the same. They will be sending me the Seat Rod thought I said that I did not need it now. Received the Call from Mr. Deepak, was extremely satisfied with his solution and response.Thanks OMO Cycles and Deepak ALL THE VERY BEST for You and Your Team. Thanks Once Again.

I bought model 1.0 two weeks ago and I have already completed about 200km on this bike although I am completely new to cycling and this is my first ever cycle. Such is the fun I am having with my Omo. It's lightweight and design is simple yet elegant. Orange rim really stands out. Till now no issues with my bike. Great ride. Complete value for money.

The good mix of performance, comfort and design, all at an affordable price range. I’m extremely delighted by the vibrant look . They had included all the accessories along with insurance. The delivery was on time with much care. Overall extremely pleased by the product.

This cycle is best for city , its very light weight like feather, installation is pretty easy, good quality, comes well packed with all tools, it an hour for me to fit this. i love this cycle, at this price i would say this is best.Again there is one big issue with the cycle - "SEAT SUCKS" , its way to small, this cycle has no shock absorbs, on indian roads, even a slight rough patch on road, you can feel it in your buttocks and it hurts like hell. Seat moves up and down i even took it to repair shop but not fixed. after riding 3 days i had to change the seat , i bought a medium sized seat with few springs for 250 bucks. then its fine.I really want to give an advice to owner, you really did a great job with cycle design but why are you so cheap when is comes to seat, a cycle with no shock absorbs needs to have a good seat man, please change that bloody seat if you want to increase sales. i would have rated 5 star if not for that stupid seat.

Accessories are worst, Late Delivered, Handle and Rim design is good, other is ok. If you r buying new bicycle buy from shop near by you, It is not not going to give you 100% satisfaction. And it is non returnable, if u are not satisfied.

. i respect startups and new players who try to innovate and hence bought the cycle instead of known brands. But this was a real disappointment, guess it is made of cheap material. First of all, i never got the mud guard that was shown to be present in every description and photo when I purchased back in Sep'19. The tire was bulged beyond the frame at the time of installation. 2nd week of purchase the seat casing got worned out so had to replace , 4th week the plastic bell broke, in 2 months the pedal set from chain set started creaking and in 2 more weeks broke completely and I had to replace. from 3rd month of regular use chain kept coming out and now got cut in the 4th month. when I take to local mechanic they say the spoke fittings, break wires are also extremely loose. in between I get a call from the customer service asking for a survey and I conveyed the issues the person said as a token of goodwill they will cover all costs incurred and later didnt get to hear from them. I would strongly not recommend buying if you would like a smooth riding experience.
