This product is pretty great. I wasn't sure how one of these would work for me, but the moment I put it on I knew I'd gotten something good. It is very soft. I turned of some meditation music and adjusted the speakers the line up with my ears, and it was instant relaxation. After that first introduction to the product I decided to try out the addition of the ice pack, which is a lot less appealing. My ice pack looks about half full, and doesn't really bring much to the table. Putting it in the fridge does absolutely el zilcho for cooling. You have the freeze it, and then it doesn't conform to your face. I was honestly looking forward to the ice pack because of frequent headaches, but I think I'll just have to write it off. However, even without the addition of the ice pack it is still a solid product. I won't return it because as is is still more than enough for the price.

It still works. So the quality is decent.It’s very soft.Blocks out all the light when I have a migraine.However it’s to thick for the cold pack to work.The speakers are bulky and hurt my ears (I take it off before I roll over to really sleep).I have a small head it fits me fine my husband can’t get it on at all.

She usually goes to sleep listening some music, and this is really perfect for her!

I have bought so many versions of a similar product. This one I like the mask's comfort for side sleeping and blocking light, but the battery runs out too quickly.l

So despite the fact that I gave this high marks for being soft and warm (it is very nice on both counts) I’m only giving it two stars for some serious design flaws.1) notice in the photoshopped marketing photo how the mask doesn’t actually cover the model’s ears? Yeah it doesn’t in real life either. The alignment is so bad they couldn’t even fake it in the photo. You have to tug it and tweak it to get it to be passable.2) the buttons are located in one of the speakers, so if you’re a side or tummy sleeper, and you sleep on that side of your face, you will be accidentally pressing buttons.. It kinda reminds me of when I was a kid and got my ears pierced and it hurt to lay right on them, so I had to kinda find a good spot to keep my head that wouldn’t touch my ears. The mask itself is comfortable, but it prevents you from getting comfortable.3) this is the biggest and worst of all for me.. it’s a sleep mask.. you and I both know that. They are marketing it as a sleep mask. So why in the name of all that is good does it wake you up to announce when the battery is low? Just let the battery die in peace and I’ll find out about it in the morning. I mean, honestly, who decided this? Did you really think waking people up in the middle of the night to tell them to take the mask off and go put it back on the charger was a good idea?

Quick delivery great value, peaceful sleep! But these for my daughter who has roommates were going to college. She said she love them! Put on a Meditation video on her headphones and fell asleep quickly.

The sound is good, but the speakers themselves are a little bulky and in a side sleeper so it can be a little uncomfortable. I still fall asleep though. The mask itself doesn’t line up with my ears and eyes well so it sits a little low on my nose which at times is uncomfortable as well. Not unhappy with my purchase but I considering looking into a different style. I do really like that I can add a cooling piece to help if I have a headache. All in all not a bad product for the price.

This is the best gift I have given to anyone, according to the receivers. If you have trouble sleeping, download a music sleep app, turn on your phone bluetooth and you will be asleep immediately. Great sound and super comfortable. I have given five as gifts and the gifted could not be happier. Highly recommend!

I bought these for the sole reason of sleeping comfortably at night and being able to listen to my bedtime stories like the side sleeping adult that I am, whilst also drowning out the sound of my dog snoring. Either this is a princess and the pea type scenario, or these still bloody hurt... The bluetooth inserts pressed into my ears, and when I woke and removed the mask, I continued to experience pain. I ended up removing the earpieces and just using it as a mask...I would've tried to use it again, but turns out my dog didn't like them either, and the mask is now spread like confetti on my bedroom floor.TLDR:Definitely not staffy proof.Still hurt to sleep on.I might be a princess.

I love this but it leaves purple marks on my pillows, just wondering why and how I can stop it. It’s usually a small square that seems to come from the speaker and I’m assuming it’s when I sweat but it’s ruining all my pillow slips

I confess I wasn’t expecting that quality about this product and I’m in love with it. Beautiful, comfortable, well packed, delivery everything they say. It is already among my favourite brands.
