My daughter really likes it but the mug is made in China, not US.
Update: The seller responded and confirmed the mugs are made in China but the application of the design is done in the USA. They also stated that they are microwave and dishwasher safe. I feel the description of the product should be changed to accurately reflect where it’s “made”. This seller does not have the same description about this product’s origin on their other storefronts form other sites. I have another mug which is exactly the same as this one (from another seller) and it says it is NOT microwave and dishwasher safe. Hopefully, when my daughter uses it in her microwave, it will be fine. That’s the only way she can make her tea since she’s in a dorm.The description of the mug is inaccurate. It’s made in China and doesn’t say microwave or dishwasher safe on it. I sent an email to the seller and will update this review when I receive a response. Not happy with the misleading description, so far! Should’ve known better :(

Read instructions carefully
They’re “options/instructions” are very unclear, therefore I received a mug that is way smaller than I expected. Sooo not worth paying $25+ for this mug (that’s including shipping). And I received it late. I contacted the seller, and did not hear back from them until about 3 or 4 days later. I don’t recommend this mug.

Not what I ordered
Not happy with the product and services. It was meant to be a gift for a friend. I place my order on Dec 11, way ahead of time with personalization on the mug and black trim as well. The mug arrived looking very different than anticipated, smaller size and no trim, just a white mug, correct name though. I contacted the seller to resend the correct order, they responded a few days later. It's been over a week since then, still no mug.

**UPDATED**Nice, but not what I ordered.
I just received this mug. Super fast shipping and the quality is great—-HOWEVER: what I received does NOT look like the item shown on the site. The picture on the site indicates a black handle and rim, and what I received was just an ordinary white mug. I also was under the impression that one side would have the zodiac name and the other side is the personalization. **UPDATED 11-2-2020—The company corrected and shipped my order promptly. Very satisfied!

Nice mug for gift
The mug is cute. I bought as a gift. The mug just came in a box there was nothing special about it. Definitely will have to rebox it to present as a gift.
